Successful purchase

New dealership....good service and great deal...the process was relatively painless and all went well...better than most other dealerships in the area. Would recommend ....call and make an appointment

horrible experience

The buying process took forever. Everyone was extremely shady on final numbers concerning price. No one, including the manager, would explain final purchase price. They only focused on payment at a unknown interest rate.

Refund from Gap insurance $895.00

Canceled Gap insurance on July 9,2019 said it would take 4_6 weeks now 73 days.,l will check and call you back Still waiting for refund

Shady

Car has a branded title (lemon) and dealer doesnt tell me until two days of correspondence. This place is horribly shady. Just take a look at other reviews for a very telling story.

Watch these people if purchasing a used car

Be wary of this dealership - they LIE about their cars to sell them. I purchased a car online, sight unseen, their add said "like new condition" . when it arrived and after I sighned the paperwork, I opened the door and the inside fabric was torn and tattered in a large area. This was kept out of the photos on purpose. I would not trust these people.....

Very happy with our experience

We had a great experience at High Point Mitsubishi. We felt very listened to and cared for. Our salesman, Jim, was especially helpful and a great communicator. We would recommend!

SELLING ILLEGAL VEHICLES

I visited this dealership expecting a franchise dealership type of experience. The dealership misrepresented a vehicle as having passed inspection that couldn’t pass inspection. Lights were on in the dash and the total exhaust and dog had been removed which violated EPA and federal guidelines. On returning the vehicle and advising of the issues I was told there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. I’m just not the right person for this vehicle. After I explained what I was aware with the laws in regard to this the manager said, I guess that vehicle needs to go back to the sale because we’re not going to fix it. I was advised that the used car manager had just been let go as a result of bad purchases that were causing the dealership hardship. So a week later riding by and the vehicle was back out on the front of the dealership again and Not one thing was done to the vehicle to improve the condition from the time they tried to sell this vehicle to me! Watch Out!!!

don’t go there

received my car with more issues after service than before it went into service. of course they said they didn’t break it, but kept it a week to repair it, and still didn’t fix it. GM was absolutely no help at all and could’ve cared less about his dealerships reputation or the customers. don’t go there.

Poor service

No one except the receptionist seem to know what was going on.The repair was good for about a month,went back to complain was received with I don’t know,had to have it fixed somewhere else .

Friendly, professional environment

I just started the process of looking for a used truck. After looking online, I saw that High Point Mitsubishi had a good selection. Everyone was very kind, and the Manager Charles Townsend made sure that I had all of the information that I needed before leaving the dealership. I will definitely be back soon!
