I walked into Ciocca Chevrolet around 10:30 am on January
I walked into Ciocca Chevrolet around 10:30 am on January 13, 2025. I was immediately greeted by Nick Catucci. Nick welcomed me and asked if he could be of assistance. My car was at the GMC dealership having routine work and was looking at the Chevrolet's. I asked Nick what the interest rate was for new cars, and he said one of the best deals was 2.9% for 3 yrs. if I had good credit. Nick suggested that I should check out the new Equinox and asked if I would like to test drive one. I was so impressed with the Equinox and Nick Catucci that within an hour after walking in I was sold and purchased a new Equinox.. I have purchased many new vehicles over many years and never met a salesman as courteous and pleasant as Nick Catucci. I hope this review crosses the desk of Mr. Catucci so that he will know what a great employee Nick is..

No complaints on repairs, I was disappointed that I was
No complaints on repairs, I was disappointed that I was quoted a price that included tax but upon making payment was charged an additional $200 more than price originally given, rep says it was tax but that was xx. They mistakenly changed my front end windshield wipers that I was told I wouldn't be charged for which I believe I was, hence that additional $200

I really felt like they didn't hide or try to sneak
