The service department is a question mark.
The service department is a question mark. Hopefully with the new service manager and the general manager, this department will become what it used to be in 2020. Miss O’rourke is one of the best service agents I have ever worked with. Hopefully the rest of the service department can fall in suit. Joe Thompson goes out of his way to help the customer and I have appreciated all he has done for me.

Service would be the biggest minus.
Service would be the biggest minus. Too much turnover. Do not care about customer. I would not buy another car from this dealership.
