The entire process was very smooth.

The entire process was very smooth. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable & efficient. John Crider was very helpful & patiently explained the new features on my car. It was a great experience.

I went to this dealership with the intention to test

I went to this dealership with the intention to test drive a new HR-V. I was nervous and apprehensive because of past experience with over bearing salesmen. Mike Busby approached me and immediately put me at ease. He explained and showed us multiple cars and variations of new and certified used cars.. What a great experience I had purchasing a 2023 Honda HRV .

The only dealership I've been to that seemed to genuinely

The only dealership I've been to that seemed to genuinely care about me the customer, instead of forcing a sale. They helped me figure out what would be in my best financial interest even though they most likely made less money off of me.

First visit here in a quite a while due to not-so-great

First visit here in a quite a while due to not-so-great service. Kyleigh Archer was fantastic! She took care of everything, even provided a loaner when my car wasn’t done in time and gave me ‘deal of the day’ which was 20% off my total repair bill. Hare won a customer back with Kyleigh’s impeccable customer service coupled with her genuine attention and very sweet personality! Great job, Kyleigh!!
