I live over an hour away from this dealer!

I live over an hour away from this dealer! I phone in for an appointment last week. I hit a Vulcher and it damaged some sensors. I went for my appt. today and waited in line for 10 minutes. When they got to me, they told me I would have to leave the car for 1 to 2 days, as they would have to do diagnostics on it. I hadn't made arrangements to leave it. Why didn't they tell me this when I made the appt.? I wasted 1/2 day because they didn't tell me this, so I had to make another appt. and arrange for transportation. Poor way to a company to do business. Crap like this will make me purchase vehicles close to home. Poor Customer Service

I don’t have enough good adjectives to describe my new

I don’t have enough good adjectives to describe my new car buying experience with Milton. This was the easiest least stressful time I’ve had in buying a new car in my life. I was originally interested in another brand of cars but was turned off in my experience with that particular salesman. I had been considering an Accord hybrid but wasn’t sure about driving out to Hare since they didn’t have a color that I would consider. But I drove out there anyway and decided I would test drive one. Thanks to Milton, I walked out that day with a new car! He went out of his way to make sure I had the color I wanted the next day. I wouldn’t go anywhere else as I only wanted to deal with Milton. He was so so helpful and I just felt an easy connection with him through the process. Everyone there was so kind through the whole process. I will definitely do my service for new vehicle here rather than the Honda dealer that is closest to me. So happy with my new Accord hybrid!

The service was done within three hours.

The service was done within three hours. I could track the status of my vehicle through the Honda link which was convenient to plan my day. The pickup my of my car was prompt and easy.
