Absolute worst car shopping experience I have ever experienced. Least accomodating business in Tampa Bay. Unwilling to provide an offsite test drive of a preowned vehicle. Unwilling to take a deposit on a preowned vehicle until the contract was finalized with the bank so as not to lose the vehicle. Salesman had no sense of urgency and unwilling to take my requests to the manager. Most businesses are willing to bend over backwards, especially in these trying times but they are so adamantly stuck on their policies and rules that all I heard for 4 days was, "no, sorry, that's the policy" If I could give them no stars, I would...

We are truly sorry that you feel this way. Unfortunately, as with all our preowned vehicles, they are available for sale to the first person that is ready to agree to price and fully contract on the vehicle. We do not hold used cars with a deposit and, as you indicated, that was effectively communicated to you by the salesperson. We have plenty of financing options available through the lenders that we are affiliated with, however you insisted on trying to coordinate financing with your own lender. The associate provided you with several different extended service contract prices at your request, all of which you then took time to research. You also had a vehicle to "trade-in" which was at a service shop and wouldn't be accessible to you until Monday or Tuesday of this week. As with most other companies, we have had to make adjustments as to how we conduct business; in fact we now offer offsite deliveries and contracting for finalized deals. However we do not have the staffing infrastructure to take associates out of the store for off-site test drives and still be able to deliver a perfect guest experience for those customers who have taken the time to come in to the store. Our associate offered to try to coordinate a time to bring it out to you if he could, but even during the current COVID-19 situation, most of our customers come into the store. We are open almost 12 hours a day 6 days a week and from 11am to 6pm on Sundays. We feel that by not adjusting our hours down it makes us very accessible to almost everyone's schedule. We acknowledge that we could not accommodate all of your requests, but feel that if the vehicle had been the perfect one for you, you would have managed to coordinate a time over the last week to come in to see it. We hope that you find a vehicle that will meet your needs very soon.

Top-Tier Dealer
This is the first time I have ever had a car-buying experience that was extremely pleasant and positive from start to finish. My first contact with the dealership was online to obtain information on a used car they offered for sale, which I found via the CarGurus website. I made my inquiry late in the evening and salesman Johnny Millaway texted and emailed me the next morning with details on the vehicle, including photos, model brochure, spec details, and CarFax report. I contacted Johnny to arrange to come see the vehicle, but was unable to come to see it until two days later. Fortunately, the car was still available. My husband and I met Johnny at the dealership, where he showed us the car and pointed out some basics. My husband and I then took it out for a test drive and I came back with a big smile and told Johnny I definitely wished to purchase the car. Johnny went above and beyond to make everything work out and after meeting further with him to finalize the sale, I then met with the closing manager to complete the paperwork, much of which was done electronically. At no point did I feel pressured to add on all sorts off things, which has been my experience at every previous dealership when purchasing a car. FYI, due to the Covid-19 situation, the dealership had all types of safety precautions in place, including hand sanitizer all around and wiping down the cars each time someone was in one. Just before leaving to head home, Johnny helped me pair my iPhone with my new car and then I was on my way home -- a very pleased customer. I highly recommend this dealership.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market...
While I did not end up buying from this dealership, as I let a car get by me. Tim Smith went out of his way to keep looking for me and keeping me updated on price drops. I would recommend him and this dealership to anyone in the area looking to purchase a vehicle.

Gary Anable & Lexus Of Wesley Chapel Have Set The Standard
Let us just start by saying that our experience at Lexus of Wesley Chapel and with Gary has been unlike any other. From a dealership standpoint, the facility is breathtaking, the quality and standards that the vehicles on the lot are held to is second to none, and from the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with respect and attentiveness. From a Salesman standpoint, we truly feel as though we have an advisor, advocate, and most importantly, a friend in Gary Anable. He has set such a high standard for us, we just cannot imagine purchasing a vehicle from anyone else. We will say that our visit to Wesley Chapel was one that was pleasantly unexpected as we do not live in the area, but one that we could not be more grateful for. My fiance and I decided that we wanted to purchase a Lexus GX and have been on a thorough search for the perfect one for some time. We live in Tampa and were making a trip up to Charleston when we saw the beautiful, new Wesley Chapel dealership off the interstate. We called them to see if they had what we were looking for, and by some lucky chance, we were connected to Gary. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, explained to us the standards at which Wesley Chapel holds their vehicles to (New & Certified Pre-Owned), and gave us confidence in making a purchase with them. On our trip home from Charleston, we stopped at the dealership and were able to meet Gary in person. Through our time with him, he genuinely made us feel like he was on our team. Gary didn't just sell us on the car, he sold us on the dealership, the service we would receive post purchase, and the people that would make us feel like family. Through our search, we have worked with many Lexus dealerships throughout the state of Florida and South Carolina. We can say that none of them have given us an overall experience or confidence level even close to what Gary gave us. Lexus's slogan is, "Experience Amazing." That is exactly what you can expect at Lexus of Wesley Chapel.
