Lexus was outstanding with their support and care for...

Lexus was outstanding with their support and care for customer service. Everyone I worked with was very professional and understanding. Would rate higher if possible. Came in to look specifically at a used 2017 Audi A3 they had, ended up buying the next day. Tim, Rex, and Adam were able to help us work out a great deal. Shortly after buying it, we had noticed a little rattling in the sunroof. We were instructed to go to Audi and have them fix it, but they had said my warranty didn’t apply to it for some reason. We reached back out to Tim and Rex about this situation and ended up getting it fixed at Lexus a couple days later. The service that day and through that experience was above and beyond. Would highly recommend this dealership to people in the Greater Tampa Bay Area.

Nicoletti was extremely helpful in any and all ways that he could. He followed up with updates very religiously and in an excellent timely manner. Very thankful for the staff who helped me and my family feel very comfortable. Thank you Jonathan for the experience and hospitality. The detailing team is absolutely off the chains. I was handed the car over and was impressed with the amazing job they did, left the car looking and smelling brand new. Thank you, 10/10.

Just complete my service on my Lexus GX460 at Lexus of Wesley Chapel. My advisor Forrest Browne did a great job getting my vehicle serviced properly and on time. I highly recommend this dealership for all auto service needs.

Unable to get title for new vehicle I paid cash for In January, Made 5 calls to this dealership, with NO response. Impossible to get any response from Sales, Financial or Management depts! This is 7th Lexus we have bought, will be the LAST!!!!
