Beautiful dealership, felt comfortable waiting while...

Beautiful dealership, felt comfortable waiting while service was performed. Unfortunately when I arrived, I was told my service tech was on the phone and he would come out to greet me. Never did, after 25 min, I went into his cube to check if I had to register since I had never been to this dealership before. He was very nice and friendly and said he looked up all my info in his computer so he had everything he needed. Would have been nice to know that and not to have to go ask. But these are crazy times. I would come back here for service.
