I've visited the Easterns Automotive dealership in hopes of trading in my current vehicle for a more suitable family car. Right away, Anthony Kha greeted us and was very hospitable from the start. He made sure we were comfortable and consistently was attentive to even our unexpressed wishes. As we sat down, he provided my daughter with crayons and a coloring book which kept her distracted through what I thought would be a long period of time. As expected, we ran into unexpected obstacles throughout the process, which is where Vinny Vannavong came in. He provided my family with genuine care and comfort, providing us with options with the goal of having us leave with smiles on our faces. The process ended up being half as long as I anticipated it to be, with the help of Anthony's and Vinny's competency and dedication. They truly are a prime example of individuals who love what they do, and shows with the quality of their work ethic. Obtaining a new vehicle is a milestone, and I'm happy to say that Anthony and Vinny will always be a part of our special family memory!

I heard about Easterns from a friend that bought a vehicle with them last year. I live past Richmond and figured i see what they can do for me. Lonnie over at Easterns Alexandria took care of me today! Came in to look at a 2015 Passat with my sons and mother, but after talking to the bank I wasnt originally approved for that vehicle. They brought a Altima to test drive, but after explaining to him that I REALLY wanted the Passat he went back to Mike Habte the manager and pulled some strings to put me in the exact vehicle I wanted! I havent had a better experience with any other sales person or manager in all my years of purchasing cars! They were friendly, respectful and down to earth. Never felt pressured or haggled once with being here. Lonnie even offered me a person to go through insurance and got me a rate I would have never been able to get on my own! Leaving here with a smile on my face and a reliable vehicle for me and my sons.
