2016 Honda Civic

My experience was amazing. Service was great and they put me in the car I wanted. The civic was hard to find and there was no pressure to buy.

Completely PHENOMENAL experience!

Was in the market for a used vehicle for my teen drivers and worked with Sean Brandt. It's pretty hard to find a used vehicle when your criteria is pretty much - runs well, decent fuel economy, four tires, four doors, and fairly inexpensive. I think we drove 6 or 7 used vehicles just to get an idea of the different models, features/trims, etc. Sean was totally patient as we came back a few times, drove more cars, and repeated. No pressure whatsoever. Completely down to earth with great advice & recommendations. I actually felt bad when I looked at other lots because of the way Sean treated us - it was almost like cheating because he was so straightforward and honest. Ended up with a 2005 Toyota Camry that's in excellent condition and was priced right. Thanks for a great experience! I still have two more potential drivers in the wings - when they come of age, I'll be seeing Sean at Frank Ancona Honda for sure!

Wonderful Experience

I had a wonderful experience at Frank Ancona Honda and in particular with our salesperson Lynn. He made the entire car buying experience low pressure and low stress. He was knowledgeable about the car and made me feel very at ease. In addition Brad in the finance department also made this a truly great experience. We came in with a lower interest rate and he matched it no questions asked. It was a very smooth and quick process. Thank you all and I LOVE my new-used car!

First Honda, First New Car

I went into this dealership knowing which vehicle I wanted to purchase, the new 2016 HR-V. I was apprehensive about the cliche stress-laden car-buying process, but that was completely absent here. My experience with this dealership was great! Easy, fast, and they were able to get the vehicle I wanted very quickly! The finance process was top-notch, and they even worked to find me a better APR. Everyone I dealt with was stellar! I would definitely recommend, and I will continue to do business here.

Very Pleased!

Very good experience! I worked with Lynn on purchasing my pre-owned Honda Accord. He was extremely nice and not pushy at all. He answered all my questions and made my buying experience as stress free as possible. I am very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend them.

Great deal, great experience

Worked with Auggie to decide what we wanted. Then, I shopped pride and found a great deal three hours away, told Auggie and Ancona beat it! So I got the local experience at a competitive price. My wife and I are very pleased with the car and the process.

Smooth and painless

My wife's lease end was coming due on her Civic, I called the dealership with the intention to buy out the lease. I was referred to Augustine Lee who was absolutely wonderful to work with. Augustine said he would be more than happy to help do the buyout or lease again. My wife's schedule makes it hard for her to get away so I went and met Augustine out of curiosity to look at new Civics in the event my wife wanted to lease again. With some of the current incentives it made more sense to lease again. I snapped a few pictures of Civics and Accords to show my wife and we both agreed that the Accord would be a perfect fit. We met Augustine the following day to pick out a color shook hands did the simple online credit app and my wife took delivery on the way to work the next morning. I cant say enough kind words about Augustine, the dealership and the finance rep. Short simple and painless no hurry up and wait, no car salesman tricks just good business. No pressure and actually pleasant

Going through some negative issues in life, needing to get a different vehicle, with crap credit. No pressure working with John AT ALL, which is exactly what I needed. And it took me awhile to decide. There's a huge comfortable waiting area with fruit, donuts, snack bars, coffee and soda, many chais, tables, bathrooms, reading material, and tv. This is extraordinarily handy for those waiting, or with low blood sugar, and for children!! Personnel are polite, music isn't blasting loud over the overhead speakers, and I'm coming away with a highly rated Honda Fit, (my second one).”

Tough situation made easy

Unexpectedly, I had to decide between fixing an old car with a big repair bill, or buying another car. Sean and Dave were very nice, and did not pressure me either way. I decided to buy a used Honda, and Sean was able to offer a price that worked for me. This is my second experience buying a car at Ancona, and both times, it was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this dealer. They are helpful and trustworthy, and as a female, I really appreciate being treated like a competent adult.
