I had a great experience shopping and purchasing a vehicle from Cartopia! The receptionist was nice... The sales people were awesome... They made sure I got what I wanted and not just put me in any vehicle! They showed great customer service and I got lucky enough to even get some free pizza! I would recommend this place over any used car dealer I have dealt with... I even recommended them to two people and both people went there and walked out happy with new vehicles! This is probably my 10th used car that I have bought throughout the years and by far this has been the most amazing experience when it came to finding a car that I wanted. I have shopped at so many dealerships and after a few places in a single day, you start seeing this pattern that all dealerships have. The back and forth, the lack of empathy, etc. But when I came in to this dealership, from the beginning, I noticed a difference. The salesman approached me, which i must say most dealerships dont approach you, and struck a casual conversation with me where he made it enjoyable to speak about what I needed in a car. Once I found my car, it was straightforward from there on, test drive, carfax, maintenance history, everything that I as a buyer really needed to know before purchasing. The price required no hassle and the usual back forth, the salesman sat with me and showed me why the price is the best price out there, and by the time i knew it, I drove off the lot only to recommend every single person i know to this place. Thank you everyone at cartopia, from the salesman to the manager! You earned yourself a life long cutsomer!!!

Greeted me with a smile and made the process so easy, no games or extra fees. Amazing service and a great environment. Highly recommended!

This dealership was the greatest decision I made when deciding to purchase my vehicle. I walked in and found the car I always wanted. My credit was not the best, but CarTopia said that they would do whatever they can to make it work. I didn't think I was qualified, but somehow they got it done. My payment was exactly where I wanted to be and they made the process very easy and smooth. The staff is very friendly and they go above and beyond for you. Omar and Al made sure I was happy with the car and the numbers. They not only gave me a great deal, but they were willing to take as much time as they needed to go back and forth with the bank to negotiate my terms. I have not heard of a dealership that cares this much about their customers. On top of the great experience, the car is amazing. Very clean and runs amazing. Please do yourself a favor and go check them out. I don't even know how someone can leave a bad review about them, but I guess some people just haven't experienced the traditional dealership buying experience. They should go check out another dealership and I'm sure they will reconsider leaving a bad review. All dealerships charge outrageous fees, but not CarTopia. They are straight up with you and there are no hidden fees. Thank you CarTopia for a wonderful experience!! I will be back and definitely will be sending you guys more customers. I was very impressed with the due diligence of Cartopia. I went in looking for a car with a clean car fax, however, they showed their process prior to making it available on the floor and their 150 point inspection process I have been to several other dealerships, and Cartopia really made me knowlegable on the car buying experience. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Thank you Al for educating me, I will be sending you many referrals.

Absolutely absurd.... Inquired about a vehicle - told "$1495.00 pre-delivery inspection fee and $499.00 prep fee"....Are you kidding me?? 2k in fees???? Not sure if they think these fees are competitive...guessing they know better since they don't disclose those fees anywhere.

This car buying experience was really a pleasure and i am so happy with my purchase. I was a bit hesitant about going because i didnt want to get my hopes up and not get a vehicle but Omar made me feel confident before i came and I was greeted by the staff with a friendly hello and everything worked out just fine.
