The salesman was informative but not pushy, knowledgeable, answered all of our questions. There were enough models to chose from. Compared a few and salesman helped with narrowing down.

Rear brakes replaced
I have been our cars to White Allen for 9 years. Some employees stand out more so than others. Ryan Caldwell met me at the desk to receive the appointment I had setup for my Eos. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was shuttled home and picked up again when the car was ready.

20,000 mile check and faulty ignition switch.
Car was diagnosed w ignition switch problem. Part has been ordered. I also had my oil changed and 20,000 mike check. Service person when I checked in was kind to make sure it was needed as the service was expensive and he wanted to save me the cost if it was not needed.

Always a good experience
Even though it might cost a little more, I have seen the difference in quality of work at White Allen vs Grismer tire. As long as I have my VW I will prefer to take it to White Allen.

Expedient scheduling in and out on time oil change & all filters changed outstanding shuttle to and from requested destination great car wash waiting area clean and bright including coffee bar

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone Lounge area very nice and clean. Bathrooms clean. They made me feel like I was the only customer. Despite the TDI emissions recall, I have no regrets buying my VW Golf Sportwagon

Oil change
Beautiful new location, friendly employees, long wait to complete oil change. My overall experience was good. They had a nice spread of snacks and drinks in the waiting room as well.
