Ryan and Jamie were great to deal with. VW had refused to cover an issue with my car even though it was under warranty when I took it to another dealer. Brought it to White-Allen and they got them to rightfully cover it. Brock got all of my problems documented and was great to deal with as well. We’ve bought six cars from White-Allen in the last three years because of their outstanding service.

Positive Experience
Ryan was accommodating, helpful and easy to reach. I consider myself a fairly demanding customer with high expectations for communication, timeliness and follow-through. Ryan was patient and purposeful and worked to exceed my expectations. Cost of services were higher than other quoted prices from local independent repair shops, but not so high to discourage me from taking the car to the dealer for my last in-warranty service. Ryan's quote was in line with final charges.

Friendly and informative
White Allen VW has very friendly staff. The day I brought my car in for service they were having an open house, everyone told me about it and I brought some friends. We had a great time.

Great Deal and Great Experience
The Volkswagen Team was most helpful when we purchased our new Tiguan. There was no pressure and they were fair with our trade in. When we picked up the vehicle, they took their time to makes sure we were grasping what they said and offered to retrain us however many times it took, because they wanted us to enjoy the complete vehicle.

Very good experience.
Prompt and efficient check-in and service (recall) done very quickly. Estimate 1 hr for repair and it only took 30 minutes which was great since I was waiting for the service/ recall work to be completed.

Outstanding Service Department Keeps Us Coming Back

Great Service Department
Ryan is a wonderful service manager for VW and White-Allen. He works closely with his customers and 'goes the extra mile' to make sure that the work done meets or exceeds expectations. I have full confidence that Ryan and W-A will keep both of our VW's in tip-top shape.

My vehicle had a check engine light
Ryan was wonderful. We have no Volkswagen services near us. He worked me in the next day when I called and was very determined to be professional & courteous. Greatly appreciated him. The low rating on your store has nothing to do with him but rather a $130 charge just to plug the computer in for a diagnosis. We could not afford the $3800 price tag to fix car so we were out the $130. We won’t recommend you or foreign cars in the future. We were also very disappointed to be directed to the wrong service division by the lady that scheduled our appointment. She knew we 1) had a Volkswagen 2) we’re driving over an hour from another state yet sent an email with incorrect address.

Very Professional and welcoming
I used White Allen a few years ago prior to the move to Centerville. I was pleased with their customer service. It has only improved! The dealership that I leased my vehicle from did not call me back after three messages to schedule an oil change. If they are that busy, they do not need my patronage.
