Ryan called multiple times to keep me informed of my car’s status. There was a little hiccup with the tires but he was quick to get it fixed.

I was able to make an appointment for the day after I called. A ride was provided for me to my home within a few minutes. My repairs were done within the time promised. Your new facility is very impressive and I will continue to use it when needed.

The VW dealership moved into new building since buying the car this past November-very nice facility. Upon arrival, greeted by Ryan for check in. He explained the service required, told me it would be about and hour and showed me to the lounge area. An hour later Ryan found me, we went through the work done and inspection. Paid my bill and off I went. Will continue to have my service performed at WA VW

I was experiencing some brake issues with my VW Eos and brought it into to White Allen for service. The techs spent a significant amount of time seeking to discern the problem and after checking everything out were happy to tell me there were no serious issues (indeed, no issues at all with the brakes). After sharing the good news, my service advisor thanked me for the trust I placed in them and sent me happily on my way... with no charge. I have been having my VW serviced at White Allen ever since I've owned it and will continue to use their fine service department. They are not only courteous and polite, but very capable and have served me well over the years when I've had issues. I recommend White Allen without hesitation our reservation. Stan was very clear and easy to work with. He was not pushy with the financing nor did he try to change what I was looking for. That is appreciated since there is alot of research done on our part prior to walking on a lot.
