Never heard from service advisor - had to call and talk to others to find out could only do one item out of 2 requested when appointment was made a month prior - waist of time driving from Atlanta

I still need the seat heater fixed - but will have to find someone else. Im upset because I spent $130 for a rental car for one day for you to fix it and then it was not fixed. Very disappointed.

They didn’t fix my car correctly the first time and I had to bring it back. They said several times they were understaffed but that should not be a reason to not do there job correctly the first time.
