My experience at Jim Ellis Kia was absolutely above my expectations. Zack my salesman to Micheal the General Manger they worked to get me a car that I absolutely love. Bryson in finance went over everything and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. I highly recommend Jim Ellis Kia if Kennesaw and they have a customer for life. Thank y’all so much.

The car had damage that was “fixed” but then again peeled

The car had damage that was “fixed” but then again peeled off again the next day. I received no response when I reached out. I wasn’t pleased with the manager and the “deal” I received. I wasn’t pleased originally quoted the sticker price, not the Jim Ellis price that I saw online even though I came in with the stock code rather than perusing the lot. There was also a used mask in the center console that the manager had been driving around.

Great Customer Service from start to finish.

Great Customer Service from start to finish. Impressed with them getting an Uber to and from home while my car was being serviced. They even had bottle water and coffee at no charge. I even noticed the cleanliness of the garage. The techs were uniformed and neat. Almost, as if we were doing a sitcom scene..😆 Yes, I definitely will tell others of my experience with Jim Ellis Kia. I've been told that I was a great PR person.

I had the incredible fortune of working with Mr.

I had the incredible fortune of working with Mr. Jack Stricklin as my salesman, and I can confidently say he is the gold standard for car sales! I was calling around frantically because I needed to turn in my lease and was hoping to get into a new car, and that’s when I found Jack—and what a game-changer that was. After a terrible experience with shady sales tactics at another Kia dealership in South Atlanta, Jack immediately turned things around. He worked his magic to get me into a 2025 Sorento lease with a far better deal than I thought possible. From start to finish, he was exceptional: clear, patient, and thorough in walking me through every step of the process. His communication was top-notch, and he has a rare talent for putting customers at ease, which made the whole experience stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers, and I will enthusiastically recommend him to anyone looking to lease or buy a car. The finance manager, Mr. Mike Aluwosi, was equally impressive. No confusing number games or unnecessary pressure—just honest, efficient service that got me in and out smoothly. Even the rest of the sales team was fantastic! Everyone I interacted with was friendly, upbeat, and seemed to genuinely enjoy working there, which added to the positive atmosphere. If I could give Jack Stricklin 20 stars, I would! He’s a rare gem, and this dealership is lucky to have him. Honestly, give the man a raise—he deserves it!
