Like family

From sales to financing to service they are like family! Best car dealership I’ve ever dealt with! I have been dealing with this dealership for 5+ years and now my son is also buying from them! I have never felt pressured into buying anything and have had nothing but a plus Service!

Great service!

Great customer service and communication from service advisor. Car was brought in for airbag light on. This issue was fixed along with suggestions for other issues that needed to be adressed. Would definitely recommend Jim Ellis Kia!

Great energy at this dealership

Very understanding of my situation and was able to work with me to get the price I needed in order to put me in my new vehicle. I would definitely come back and get another car from here

Diana was excellent as usual. Service was prompt, did not take too long and I was kept updated the entire way. I don’t go anywhere else for my car service.

Great customer service/ way overpriced

I had the perfect brand specialist Lavar Frederick who communicated well, and made me feel at home. I would come back just to see him. Now as far as the prices go... they are a little outrageous. They wanted to charge $20 to change a tail light and $30 to change an air filter. We ended up taking the car to autozone afterwards where the change it for free if you buy the products. Happy with the oil change and new battery. Thanks Jim Ellis!

Brad, I am glad that you love Lavar as much as we do. I understand your pricing concern. Our entire staff is certified in Kia makes/models and servicing those particular systems. Offering that type of expertise and warranty knowledge can be more expensive than your typical autozone. Fixing a broken trunk latch

Fast friendly and great, was in and out of there before I knew it. Bought my car from drive time had my car for like 3 hours and the trunk latch broke. Will be bringing my car back to this one more often

Extra Mile

We are always impressed with the professional job Jim Ellis Kia in Kennesaw does for us. We needed a 30000 mi tune-up and everyone was friendly, informative and really seemed to care about giving us the best quality service. We were in and out with our car satisfactorily tuned up and much cleaner than it was when we drove in. They try to think of everything a customer might need or want and attend to it. Courteous, professional, thoughtful and competent....what more could you ask for?

Love the staff!! Extremely friendly and personable

Absolutely love going as they remember me and what’s going on with my life and always ask to see how I’m doing personally. Very comfortable to be there. Car is always done when they say it will be and it’s always washed and vacuumed when I get back in. I know I will not be forced into unnecessary services and they always do exactly what I want, correctly, the first time around. Diana always makes sure everything is perfect before I leave and will personally walk you out to your waiting car.
