Great staff , no deals

The staff working here are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our salesman Jim was awesome....... But this isnt the place to get a deal. Ive gotten many car deals before but Kia wouldnt budge even for Christmas . Great customer service but I would recommend shopping around if looking to save a few bucks.

Really good experience

My experience with this dealership was very pleasant from the beginning. Great customer service, didn't try to talk me into anything I wasn't looking for, kept me updated while I was deciding on cars and a got a really fair deal. My sales person was very knowledgeable and not pushy. I would buy/finance from this dealership again.

First time buyer

Jimmy was so helpful throughout the entire buying process. Helped find exactly what I wanted within my budget. All the employees that I encountered (Alex and Blake) were also helpful and welcoming.

Quick Service

I have always brought my car to be serviced at this location. I bought my Optima at this location when it was Cobb Co. KIA. I have always like the service at this location. I've tried other KIA dealerships in Woodstock and Smyrna and ended up coming back to Jim Ellis KIA. Lavar is an added plus to your company. He's professional, thorough and accommodating. I remember having the same type of service when I purchase my VW Jetta at the Jim Ellis dealership located on Peachtree Industrial Pkwy. Jim Ellis has the right formula when it comes to customer service. Thanks again Lavar!!

First Time Lease

I initially went to the dealership to inquire as to what my options were for leasing rather than buying. I wanted a new vehicle for my wife who has recently retired and I knew the mileage would be lower than what she would normally have on her car. I spoke with Mike Awolusi from Finance, he was very open as to the Pros and Cons of leasing. Mike got me connected with Tracy McFadden in sales and from there it was just a matter of selecting the right car and getting the numbers where I needed them to be to close the deal. Tracy was very helpful and very professional throughout the entire process. If the service dept extends the same professionalism as sales this will be the beginning of a long relationship between myself and Jim Ellis Kia

It was okay

I brought my car in to replace the seat due to a tear in the leather. I was told that it would take about 2 hours. 5 hours later I hadn't heard from anyone regarding the status of the repair. I called Robbie and he informed me that the technician was just finishing up and he was about to call me. I would have appreciated a call sometime between the 3 hr and 4 hr mark to let me know what was going on. Generally I have very good customer service at this location. I'm not sure what happened this time, but it was a big inconvenience since I had to find a ride back to pick up my car significantly later than I anticipated.
