Diana, was friendly happy and made our vist very pleasant. They fixed my car quickly and i was able to pickup my car within 4 hours.

Robert always greets me with a smile when I come in the shop. Assures me that my car's repairs/service are his and my best interest.

I knew exactly the car and features I wanted included and got exactly that at a better price than any other lot could have offered. Leanne was great to work with! She helped me to make sure my car was taken care of, from warranty/recall service to everyday maintenance items. She wasn’t pushy. The visit took a little while, but I left feeling confident that they hadn’t overlooked a thing.

Very rarely have to come in for service, and on this occasion, as usual, service staff was friendly, prompt and fast. I was notified when part came in, made an appt. and part was replaced that morning. Robbie made sure part was installed properly, Diana processed the paperwork for me when Robbie was assisting another customer so I wouldn't have to wait, and Lavar made sure my car was washed and ready to go. Couldn't ask for better service!

From the time i drove in the garage i was greeted with a pleasant smile and we will get you out of here as fast as we can. Nice and clean waiting area with refreshments.

I had a great experience, Jason Dale did a wonderful job of explaining and keeping me updates as to status of my car. The weather was too cold for the car was but they did vacuum my car which was unexpected and very appreciated. I always have a great experience at KIA of Kennesaw :-)
