Went to Landers McLarty Ford in Fort Payne Alabama to find a good used car for my daughter. We met Greg Guetzlaff who found us 2020 Honda pilot. It was a very clean car at a good price. I think it will serve my daughter for a long time. If you want to buy a car go down to the Ford place and ask for Greg. He'll treat you right

Do not buy from this dealership. I was offered a 2023 Audi RS5 they had for sale on this lot on June 24, 2025. This offer was by email from a salesman by the name of Skyler Weiss. He introduced himself after I contacted the dealership from an add on AutoTrader. Over the next four days i requested a final sales written offer based on the offered price including all fees and taxes for shipping the car out of state. After 4 days I had not received this written offer but did receive emails each day acknowledging the receipt of my request. After the fourth day I actually called the dealership and was told there was no Skyler at the dealership. I then requested to speak to another sales person that had communicated with me by the name of Adam Cantrell. Adam told me Skyler was actually an AI generated communication and that Landers would not honor the price given to me in the emails but only a price over 8% higher. Adam even provided me a price that was higher than the current price listed in the AutoTrader sales add. No other solution was offered to resolve this situation. Beware of this type of deceptive sales communication with this dealership and take your business elsewhere. Hope this helps other customers in the future.

I have bought cars/trucks from the ford place since it was known as Carl Gregory. I have always gotten a good deal and the after sale service is great. However, this time was especially pleasant. Greg was awesome from the start to the end. I went in only to have my current truck serviced and was looking around and found something i liked better. So I walked up started asking Greg questions. It is so refreshing talking to someone that first knows their business and second is so helpful and more importantly not pushy. When I left that day not only in the truck that Iwanted but with an awesome deal I left with not only what I wanted but a new friend as well. Want some advice want a new or used vehicle go to Landers and talk with Greg it will be the best decision of your life.
