Dealership had an excellent selection of vehicles

Dealership had an excellent selection of vehicles available. Pricing was excellent compared to other dealerships with similar vehicles. Negotiations proceeded well and they were very upfront with information to help make a decision. They were helpful but not overbearing. I would recommend to anyone in the market for a vehicle. I live about 115 miles from the dealership and notified them that I planned to pick up the vehicle about three days from hen we finalized the purchase. However, they contacted me a few hours later and offered to deliver it to me.

Sold me a truck that had mechanical issue went back 3

Sold me a truck that had mechanical issue went back 3 months later.to see what could be done about the problem try to trade out of it and they offered me over 10000.00 less than what i paid for it after just 3 months which leads me to believe they knew this truck had issues and they sold it to me anyway. problem didn't show during test drive but show up only after a couple month later. took it my mechanic to have it checked found out truck needs a new transmission and liters in the engine need to be replaced and these are problem's with this model truck. Had i known i would not have purchased it .i have since try to contact this dealer and no one will return my call .i also have had to replace the brakes on the front because calipers where frozen up only had one wheel brake on front I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BUYING A VEHICAL FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THEY SALE JUNK THEY DON'T DESERVE EVEN A ONE STAR BUT THAT IS AS LOW AS THIS WILL GO

I came into the dealership not expecting to leave with a

I came into the dealership not expecting to leave with a vehicle at all, but Gregg was able to get my old vehicle traded in and even with my low credit score was able to get me financed on an extremely nice used vehicle. This was also the easiest experience I've ever had in a dealership as I didn't have to deal with the constant back and forth negotiation process. I told Gregg what I wanted payment wise and after one offer being too high, they were able to get me just below what I asked for.

I met Gregg Guetzlaff between Christmas and New Years

I met Gregg Guetzlaff between Christmas and New Years when I arrived at the dealership about a 2019 Audi RS 5 I had seen advertised online. He had told me the vehicle was at the Audi dealership awaiting a part that was on back order. Instead of swaying me away from this car and sell me another vehicle on the lot he told me all about the vehicle and answered the questions I had. Once my questions were answered we spoke about the vehicles he had owned as well as the vehicles I had owned and realised that we have very similar likes in manufactures. He is very neat in appearance, is very personable and has a great attitude. Gregg kept in touch for about two weeks during the process of waiting for the part arrive and get installed by the Audi dealership. When the RS5 was repaired and back at Landers McLarty Ford I scheduled an appointment with him as quickly as I could. While on a thorough test drive he got to know we got to know each other better as well as him answering more questions about the vehicle. After the test drive it did take me a little bit to decide if it was going to be a good buy for me. During that process he did not pressure me at all nor use shady tactics to oversell the vehicle. Gregg was able to get me exactly what I wanted for my trade in as well as assist with securing financing with a good interest rate and term for me. He made the entire process smooth, efficient and personable. I highly recommend Gregg for your next vehicle, he will make the center of the entire process you.

Gregg and the rest of the staff made this the best car

Gregg and the rest of the staff made this the best car buying experience my family has ever had! Every single detail of our experience was top notch and we could not be more please. We came 3 and 1/2 hours not knowing anything about this dealership and will definitely be back in the future!

Brian Ginovese was an enthusiastic salesman and my best

Brian Ginovese was an enthusiastic salesman and my best friend till I drove off the lot in a brand new Ford Escape. 2 days and 12 whole miles later when my brand new $38,000 was DOA BRIAN GINOVESE seemed genuinely annoyed when I had to repeatedly call to get my BRAND NEW FORD towed to the dealership and having all xxxxxxx warranties possible was told they had no loner cars available. UPDATE 10/31 with less than 3k miles pit on my FOUND IN ROAD DEAD. The same thing occurred and was kept overnight tested checked never given a solid reason why a vehicle with less than 3000 miles had fried 2 batteries, A SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO THE xxxxx IN SERVICE WHO LIKE MY FORMER SALESMAN BRIAN APPEARED ANNOYED I WAS BOTHERING HER.IM SURE I WAS RUDE CDUDE AND HAD EVERY RIGHT TO BE WITH A BRAND NEW VEHICLE DOING THIS. JUAT A CAUTIOUS WARNING IF YOU WANT A FORD STEER CLEAR OD LM OF FORT PAYNE BRIAN GINOVESE WHO ONLY WANTS HIS COMMISSION AND THE IDOT BITH IN SERVICE WHO WILL BE GETTING A VISIT OR CALL FROM CORPORATE BECAUSE I HAD A NICE LONG CHAT WITH THEM. FRIEND PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF BRIAN GINOVESE AT LM FFORD FORT PAYNE
