Stay Away

Purchased a used 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LTZ on 2/22/23. Actual mileage on the truck was approximately 4,000 more than advertised. The purchase agreement has the wrong mileage listed. Discovered on my drive home. General manager offered a free oil change. 1 key fob provided. At least 4 features on the truck are not operational.

I had recently been online searching for a specific

I had recently been online searching for a specific vehicle and I found one at this dealership. I called and spoke with Bug and he gave me information about the vehicle I was interested in. My husband and I couldn’t make it to the dealership for at least a week because of work schedules and because we lived in a different state. After talking with Bug again we found out that they have drivers that would bring the vehicle to us and let us test drive it. We test drove it and loved it and we decided to purchase it. Bug and Austin took care of all of the details the next day and their driver, Bama, brought it back to us the next day along with the paperwork for us to sign. This was without a doubt the easiest purchase of a car we’ve ever had and it was a great experience! Also, in our past experiences after we have bought a car from a dealership it has often been hard to reach the salesman or manager that you dealt with to ask questions but that is certainly not the case here- Bug and Austin have texted and called us back as quickly with answers as they did before we purchased the car. Excellent customer service and overall experience!!!

Stay away from this dealership they will lie to you and the sales manager Greg is the worst ever.I was told that the negative on my trade was only 7000 but when they done the paperwork it was 10700 they will cheat you

I have pictures I could post but I don’t know how

I would never recommend anyone to buy from them I bought a 2016 Tahoe it looked great after the 3rd hand washing my hood look like crap looks like someone had a buffer on it that did not know what they were doing so I have got a run around and never fixed it makes sick to pay that much money and have a Tahoe that looks so bad and they couldn’t even do what they said and fix it

Good F450 purchase

I just purchased a 2022 Ford F450 truck from Shawn at McLarty. I was in the area from California and decided to look for dually F450s for sale due to short supply in California. Shawn was responsive and helpful. The price was fair and I told him I needed to get in and out quickly. He and the whole crew did that. There was a small crack on one of the fender flairs. The sales manager, without me asking sourced a new one and replaced it immediately. Everyone was very friendly and genuinely concerned about creating a good buying experience.

Great Trade

Had my 2019 Escape in the shop for some work, while I came across a 2019 Hyundai Veloster that was/is very nice. On the day I had to pick up my Escape, I decided to trade for the Veloster. They gave me a great deal. Love my new ride! Brian Genovese and Tim Barber made this happen. Thank you very much for getting this deal sealed.

Literally the best buying experience ever!

I can not give them enough stars! Their Fort Payne location is amazing! We had just left a bad car lot feeling awful and poorly treated and feeling really down. These people were a breath of fresh air. They went above and beyond! My son didn’t have really good credit but they fought to get him a great interest rate. I was really impressed. This is literally the best buying experience I have ever had.

Great staff and dealership. I bought a 2018 Chevrolet...

Great staff and dealership. I bought a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox off the internet. SHAWN NICHOLS worked with me from the first phone call until I drove away from the dealership with my new vehicle. Everything he told me on the phone was exactly what I seen when I got there. When I arrived at the dealership Shawn was standing at the door waiting on me, he had all paperwork completed awaiting my signature. It was the most painless transaction I have ever encountered when buying a vehicle. I drove from Ellijay, Ga. to Ft Payne Al. to get this vehicle and Shawn told me you will not be disappointed, and I WAS NOT. Thank you Shawn for all your help and giving me the best deal on my vehicle. I will defiantly be back when I am looking to purchase another vehicle.

BEWARE of their Inspection Process!!!

Drove 2hrs from Georgia to buy a 2016 Ram 2500. Worked out the deal over the phone and had a check in had when I arrived. I arrived at the end of business and took the truck for a quick test drive. Everything seemed in working order...We played with most of the knobs and buttons. I say most because I must have missed the HEAT button and while driving back to GA. I realized there was NO HEAT and the truck was blowing cold air. I didn't call the salesman that night because it was 10PM and the dealership was closed, so I called at 9am the next morning expecting the dealership to fix the issue. What I got was a run around and then when they did reply I was told and I quote...." Weston is talking to the store owner, I should know more in the morning. Weston said we discounted the vehicle to the point we don't have any room for repairs. The owner will make the final call on this repair. I will touch base on this with you tomorrow in the am brother. Thanks Bud" So basically what I was told is I didn't pay enough for them to fix the issue! This dealership touts their multi point inspection that their vehicles undergo but Point 36 (Heater) was MISSED! Along with some other smaller issues that I didn't even bring up to the dealership. I didn't expect the truck to have NO issues, but I did expect the Heat to be working. Very disappointed in the lack of response time and the lack customer service. I would suggest to anyone thinking about buying a vehicle from Landers McLarty Ford to rethink that the decision and look for another dealership!
