My boyfriend was looking for a MK5 Ultra Supra (2020) for several years. It was one of his dream cars. Matthew at Landers McLarty gave us a call one night to let us know he had gotten one in on trade. We went down there the next morning and it was exactly what my boyfriend wanted, reasonably priced, and in exceptional condition. Matthew made the buying process easy and got Avory in his dream car in less than 24 hours. Our experience was nothing short of fantastic.

I purchased a new vehicle at Landers McLarty Ford from Matthew and unfortunately, the experience after delivery has been very disappointing. I was told a second key would be ordered, but after a week of no updates, I had to follow up myself multiple times, about four times. Before finally receiving it in the mail. I reached out (via email and text) to ask about how I would be getting reimbursed for the key program I was paying out of pocket for them misplacing key, and received no response whatsoever. To make matters worse, I later discovered a hidden scuff near the headlight. It appeared to have been touched up to conceal the damage, and wasn’t noticeable at first glance. I offered to provide dated photos showing the flaw was there at the time of delivery, but the general manager simply said there was nothing they could do. This is not the level of service or transparency I expected when purchasing a new vehicle. The lack of communication and accountability was frustrating and disappointing

Wonderful experience with Paul. Everyone at the dealership was kind and professional. Paul was able to get me a great deal on a 2021 Ford Ranger XLT.
