I purchased a new vehicle at Landers McLarty Ford from

I purchased a new vehicle at Landers McLarty Ford from Matthew and unfortunately, the experience after delivery has been very disappointing. I was told a second key would be ordered, but after a week of no updates, I had to follow up myself multiple times, about four times. Before finally receiving it in the mail. I reached out (via email and text) to ask about how I would be getting reimbursed for the key program I was paying out of pocket for them misplacing key, and received no response whatsoever. To make matters worse, I later discovered a hidden scuff near the headlight. It appeared to have been touched up to conceal the damage, and wasn’t noticeable at first glance. I offered to provide dated photos showing the flaw was there at the time of delivery, but the general manager simply said there was nothing they could do. This is not the level of service or transparency I expected when purchasing a new vehicle. The lack of communication and accountability was frustrating and disappointing

I just recently bought a 2024 Ford Bronco with 4,500

I just recently bought a 2024 Ford Bronco with 4,500 miles on it. That’s Important because Greg the sales guys was saying it’s like new and he talked a lot about their rigorous 138 point inspection on used vehicles. Evidently they do not fix what they find. So with that being said I was going through with the purchase and trade it. They offer the bottom of KBB for my trade in and would not come off the price of the Bronco at all.. I went back and said $500 more for mine and $500 lower on the Bronco and they said they could do the $500 on mine but none on the Bronco. That does not seem like a dealership that’s want to make a deal. It was like , take it or leave it. So I started to leave and then they said they would knock $250 off of the Bronco. Wow great deal right? Any how I liked the Bronco so I went through with it. The whole back and forth dealing with Greg ( which i would not recommend…) was straight up sales tactics, not home town straight deals. Anyhow there was more , but I will probably run out of room. So I get it home and noticed that the running boards on the drivers side was missing. The first thing I thought about was , what about this rigorous 138 point inspection! And why would they not replace that before they put it on the lot?. However, this is my fault too. I should’ve seen it and I wouldn’t have never bought it like that. So I reach out to them via email Greg and the financial guy Justin, and Justin pretty much said that that’s the way the truck come in… and that they could take the other one off, what good would that do now they’re both missing… I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Save yourself to trouble and find an honest dealership to deal with.

Wonderful experience with Paul.

Wonderful experience with Paul. Everyone at the dealership was kind and professional. Paul was able to get me a great deal on a 2021 Ford Ranger XLT. This was the first vehicle I have bought for myself in over 20 years. Paul was wonderful to deal with. He was the most honest salesman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Thank you Paul.

I am 67 years old and have purchased many new vehicles over the years. I have to say that I always have that, did I get a good deal or did I pay too much feeling. I can honestly say that I left this dealership feeling very good about the whole sales experience. My sales person was Gregg and he made the process a very pleasant one. I highly recommend this saleman and dealership! Mr. Aul

Dealership had an excellent selection of vehicles

Dealership had an excellent selection of vehicles available. Pricing was excellent compared to other dealerships with similar vehicles. Negotiations proceeded well and they were very upfront with information to help make a decision. They were helpful but not overbearing. I would recommend to anyone in the market for a vehicle. I live about 115 miles from the dealership and notified them that I planned to pick up the vehicle about three days from hen we finalized the purchase. However, they contacted me a few hours later and offered to deliver it to me.

Sold me a truck that had mechanical issue went back 3

Sold me a truck that had mechanical issue went back 3 months later.to see what could be done about the problem try to trade out of it and they offered me over 10000.00 less than what i paid for it after just 3 months which leads me to believe they knew this truck had issues and they sold it to me anyway. problem didn't show during test drive but show up only after a couple month later. took it my mechanic to have it checked found out truck needs a new transmission and liters in the engine need to be replaced and these are problem's with this model truck. Had i known i would not have purchased it .i have since try to contact this dealer and no one will return my call .i also have had to replace the brakes on the front because calipers where frozen up only had one wheel brake on front I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BUYING A VEHICAL FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THEY SALE JUNK THEY DON'T DESERVE EVEN A ONE STAR BUT THAT IS AS LOW AS THIS WILL GO

I came into the dealership not expecting to leave with a vehicle at all, but Gregg was able to get my old vehicle traded in and even with my low credit score was able to get me financed on an extremely nice used vehicle. This was also the easiest experience I've ever had in a dealership as I didn't have to deal with the constant back and forth negotiation process. I told Gregg what I wanted payment wise and after one offer being too high, they were able to get me just below what I asked for.

I met Gregg Guetzlaff between Christmas and New Years

I met Gregg Guetzlaff between Christmas and New Years when I arrived at the dealership about a 2019 Audi RS 5 I had seen advertised online. He had told me the vehicle was at the Audi dealership awaiting a part that was on back order. Instead of swaying me away from this car and sell me another vehicle on the lot he told me all about the vehicle and answered the questions I had. Once my questions were answered we spoke about the vehicles he had owned as well as the vehicles I had owned and realised that we have very similar likes in manufactures. He is very neat in appearance, is very personable and has a great attitude. Gregg kept in touch for about two weeks during the process of waiting for the part arrive and get installed by the Audi dealership. When the RS5 was repaired and back at Landers McLarty Ford I scheduled an appointment with him as quickly as I could. While on a thorough test drive he got to know we got to know each other better as well as him answering more questions about the vehicle. After the test drive it did take me a little bit to decide if it was going to be a good buy for me. During that process he did not pressure me at all nor use shady tactics to oversell the vehicle. Gregg was able to get me exactly what I wanted for my trade in as well as assist with securing financing with a good interest rate and term for me. He made the entire process smooth, efficient and personable. I highly recommend Gregg for your next vehicle, he will make the center of the entire process you.
