always good service

I always get my car serviced at RK Chevrolet. I don't have any problem with anything. Everyone is friendly and nice, and that customer service like it should be. Has chargers in the waiting room to keep your phone charge, coffee machines while you wait.

Damaged rim

I have exclusively used RK Chevrolet since Jan 2018 when I moved to Virginia. We have never had any issues until recently. We had our truck serviced for it's 100,000 mile service. There was $2300 worth of work done. During this time, the rim on my vehicle was broken - literally a piece of the rear tire, driver-side is missing. RK was forthcoming and admitted and documented the damage. However, it has been over just about month and we have not reached a conclusion regarding how they will handle it from a financial standpoint. The rim is still broken and calls to the manager have been slow to be returned.

This was my first time buying from RK Chevrolet.

This was my first time buying from RK Chevrolet. I purchased a 2016 Nissan Rogue. The staff and dealership handled my purchase excellent. Tyler Harding picked me up at my residence since I didn't have a ride. He was very courteous, friendly and polite. He was knowledgeable and understood my needs. The rest of the staff was friendly at the dealership. Perry in Finance was excellent in handling all of my paperwork and was thorough in all my questions. Tyler, Perry and others that handled my purchase, THANK YOU and GREAT JOB. Satisfied Customer. I would recommend this dealership and Tyler for future sales. I would buy from them again. One additional issue I have once I arrived home and went over the entire vehicle. I spent 2-1/2 hrs. cleaning the entire vehicle inside of dog hairs, and other items that was overlooked by the Service Dept. The job that was supposed to done at the dealership. Also cleaning the rear seats, I found a big rip in the rear seat on the side that was not spotted on the initial inspection, and covered with black duct tape. Very poor and un-professional job. I would give an (F) or a half a star for un-satisfaction work. Service department needs training on how to do their job. Clean and perform work as if it were own vehicle. Makes sense. and I would not want this on my mind of the shotty work for any customer. Although the 5 star I gave previously for the sales staff was pending due to the work I found in my inspection. These items and work should be covered on the initial 30 days that was explained to me. Please reply and correct these as I am a paying customer and previous Military (should not be treated this way!!

First time buying a SUV here.

First time buying a SUV here. People are very friendly. Mark Cunningham is the most awesome, funny and knowledgeable guy you’ll ever work with. He kept us updated for when our SUV is coming and never hesitates to accommodates us when we ask for a test drive for the second time. Fatima Chouirita made sure everything was explained and answered all our questions. She made our transaction process smoothly.

Terrible customer service Wont call back.

Terrible customer service Wont call back. Front brakes on metal in 3 months. Promised stuff but never came through with it.

I purchased a 2020 Toyota Tacoma from RK used car lot in Virginia Beach Virginia. I had the best car buying experience I have ever had. An honest, professional service department. Thanks

I took my car to RK for a second opinion as I was having a problem. I found the service department to be professional and extremely helpful, especially Shelby the service consultant. They were able to solve the problem and do it for about a 10th of what I had been quoted somewhere else. I would highly recommend them. I will certainly be returning.
