Service was exceptional from the phone call to see when they could get us in to communication throughout and after the service. We where passing through with a work truck that needed regular service. Great service all around!

I honestly was not very happy. I was charged over $200 just for them to tell me the car had a bad battery. I could’ve gone to an auto parts shop, which would give me the same information for free. It wasn't enjoyable to me. I understand the shop has to make income. I just thought it was a lot excessive.

Had a Bedliner sprayed in looks great. Called for an appointment and they got me in very fast

The sales team was awesome and made sure u had an opportunity to look at a few different vehicles while I was there.

The people at Laura Ford were exceptionally helpful with getting me a new key fob since my old key fob no longer worked. I would get to the top of our driveway and my car was suddenly so it could not recognize the key. I’ll try to locker unlock my car and my car would not be able to pick up the frequency of the fob key. It is thanks to Laura Ford that I finally got a working fob key. If it wasn’t for them, I would be having issues with my fob key and my attempts at trying to unlock my car. Thank you for helping me and for all you do at Laura Ford.

You guys always have good service! This time I wanted a radiator flush and to check everything else out. You service tech completed an oil change and tire rotation that I had done a couple weeks earlier at Lou Fuse in Chesterfield. She didn’t charge me for the oil change and had them rotate the tires back to where they were when I arrived.
