my salesman was not there when i pickedup my car so did not get demo would have been nice if someone else had done this

I did feel like the waiting times were a bit long. Not sure my car was actually detailed. Gas was at 3/4 instead of full.

Clean , good inventory, but somewhat confusing as far as the payment method. Not sure when I should bring the car in for his first service.

I went in the look at new Pilots with the intent to trade in my 2020 Pilot in the next few weeks. After test driving a couple cars and negotiating with the Dealership we came to a satisfactory agreement for a trade in and a new 2025 Pilot. I felt the final offer was reasonable and we walked out with a new Pilot that seems to be a nice upgrade over the 2020 Touring version I traded in.

A good experience all around. Sales personnel were polite and willing to negotiate. I got the vehicle I wanted and only broke a sweat because it was 95 degrees outside. Lol
