Basem was Awesome!

Basem was Awesome!! Very knowledgeable about all the cars. Cares about his customers. Gave us all the time we needed. We feel he had to put up with us changing our mind colors etc. But he made sure we got what we wanted and gave us a great deal.

Lack of communication on getting the best deal.

Lack of communication on getting the best deal. They hurried my husband and I into a sell. We spent over 4 hours there on a Saturday and had to come back on a Thursday for another 2 hrs. And delt with several more agents telling us a different thing! I will not recommend my family or friends to deal with Ft. Myers Honda. They r not good with customer service.

I feel that the sales staff and people working in the

I feel that the sales staff and people working in the financial loan department are very enthusiastic and thoughtful. The car I'm driving is a CRV hydrid 2025 which is great..I will introduce this dealer to my family members.

Everything was great right up to the point that I signed

Everything was great right up to the point that I signed the contract. It took hours for me to get the car from detailing. I waited 2 weeks to write this review to see if there were any follow ups and they weren’t. I want to thank Rafael for getting me a full tank of gas the day after which he said I shouldn’t get a full tank of gas because its an used vehicle, however I financed 58k and didn’t even get a second key. I want to thank the gentleman in parts, who was able to get me a second key fob, however I had to pat for the programming. I was also interested in purchasing or leasing a second vehicle but received no response from salesman. Just, yesterday I had some questions about the financing and I guess the receptionist was having a bad day because she gave me an attitude and wouldn’t transfer me to finance. However, I want to thank the gentleman that reached back to me and answer all my questions, I just wished I catch his name. So over all the experience wasn’t horrible, but I just felt a sense of emptiness and disconnect from the dealership as soon as I signed the purchasing contract, so that if I could take the deal back I would.
