Subaru of Utica

This is my fifth Subaru, but the first one I've purchased from Subaru of Utica. On a friend's recommendation I asked to work with Mike Green. He was terrific! He was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Subaru vehicles. He spent a good deal of time with me, and I did not feel rushed. Once I chose a specific car, Mike and Brandon Jones did an excellent job of taking me through the financial process. I was treated with respect and as a person, not solely a customer. I will happily recommend Subaru of Utica to others.

Our salesperson was knowledgeable AND listened to our preferences. This is the second Subaru Forester that he has sold me (and my third Forester), the first being the one I purchased during the pandemic when we had NO choice of color and the opportunity to only test drive one vehicle!

Very courteous service. Completed the work in a timely manner. They have a very nice waiting area a TV and drinks!

Tyler is always very helpful, but overly busy. On Wednesday it appeared that he was the only service rep on duty for a couple of hours.

In all of my 63 years I have never dealt with a better outfit. My salesperson, Paul Snyder was exceptional and made me comfortable right away when we first began speaking over the phone. The dealership is a bit far away from me, but after getting to know Paul I was sold. I highly recommend the dealership and especially the staff.

Very throughly and efficient. But they need to get a sectary just to answer the phones. Not very good customer service if a live person doesn’t pick up the phone where you have to leave a message. Very unprofessional. Other thank that good service

We come back to them because they “get us”! No nonsense, straight forward get this done today transaction! They have the inventory to choose from. They offer snacks and drinks. They know their products.

Experience was very good with the oil change. I did feel Tyler explained things to me when I asked questions regarding new tires and the pricing of them. I do need to call him, as I ended up finding that coupon sent to me in the mail pertaining to the discount on my rotation, which they would not honor at the time unless I had the coupon.
