Easy, quick, friendly

Easy and the staff were very nice. The wait was not too long. Lounge was adequate. Took care of my vehicle.

very clean facility

Quick to get the vehicle taken care of and back on the road. very courteous staff and extremely clean facility.

Sales team was good. Finance team was slow

Salesman was kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Had to wait 2 hours for the finance team. Facility was okay, however we had to wait around. Sat at a table on the sales floor next to a beautiful corvette but table was covered in food crumbs and trash. I can only assume this was from the sales team as there were no other customers around.

Great teamwork

Julian knew of all the cars on the lot and suggested to us one that wasn't even online yet. When financing didn't work for the first car I wanted, the team worked together and brought a car down from Omaha and we were able to purchase two cars.

Shady Credit practices

HORRIBLE. This dealership plucked my personal information off of a Lending Tree inquiry for loan rates. They ran a HARD credit pull....not only once but twice!! ..then called me and asked if I was interested in buying anything. At the time of the call, they did not disclose that they had violated FTC regulations by pulling this credit report without my explicit permission or knowledge. Now it's up to me to remedy this so I can get a loan for a new car. Shady practices! Will.update if they make this right by me. Just be warned!

Employees and friendly environment. Car salesman, Julian, was astounding. I would recommend anyone to visit this location and ask for Julian; a true no nonsense salesman who is all about the customer.

Service on truck

Everything I needed was done quickly and correctly. Also some extra work, (cleaning the floor and inside) was done. I will come back.
