Great Customer Service

Had my favorite FOX news on the TV. The free coffee and water was great. My car was cleaned very good before I left. My service technician was awesome and very helpful.

Standard service A 1

I took my car in by appointment at 9:30 AM and the wait was a little long because there was a fleet of cars ahead of me, but my service rep kept me informed about the progress. It is always a pleasant experience to go to the dealership for service.

I always experience great service and my car is always out in a reasonable time. I enjoy the time I am waiting as I can read, watch tv, or work on my iPad.

2015 Acura RDX Package

They listed this vehicle 14995 online at First. I talked to them and was asking about the cost but they were saying come and have a look than we can negotiate. i thought great. As i was looking something under 15K, i went all the way from Frisco to Fortworth. I left erarly from my office took couple of my friends with me to finalize the deal. I reached there and found many wear and tears in the vehicle, those were still ok to me and I made an offer 14K Taxes. But shocking part was yet to come , They mentioned to me that Vehicle cost is not just 14994, they added 1995$ (I forgot the term they mention for) but they said they have done the work on this vehicle to make it certified. and then handling charges and taxes. I was so frustrated, if they worked on it to make it certified than that should be Cost price of vehicle they waste my time and energy. if it would have 17K, I would never had gone there beacuse of my budget. A day later they cold me to ask what happened during my visit. they informed me that that vehicle get sold but I can see now they have changes the cost price to ~17K. they can change the listing but can't change the VIN#5J8TB3H58FL012950 I had bad experience with them, i lost faith in the Acura dealership. they were such a lie, they should directly tell me we have hidden fee in it and then i could have same my time and my friends time. they were calling it the USA's cheapest price by quoting wrong price.

Mr Mohan, there was no hidden fee. We clearly have it listed on our website that it will be added to every pre-owned vehicle. We did end up selling the vehicle for over 16k so the vehicle was priced at a fair price. Sometimes someone's offer may be too low and has nothing to do with any supposed "hidden fees".

2001 MDX

Ezekiel provided excellent customer service. He made sure I had access to communicate via text if needed as well as made daily calls to ensure I was updated on the status of my vehicle. I was provided with a loaner vehicle which was extremely helpful ensure my week was not disrupted.

Hiley Acura Knows Customer Service!

I'm not a big fan for getting regular service. But at Hiley Acura, they make it so pleasant, I leave feeling better than I did when I arrived. They were excellent! From the service itself to the facility, they were on it!

I went to Hiley Acura to do my car inspection, I immediately arrived, the service consultant Heather, as soon as she registered me, she let me know that my car has a pending recall, while I wait for my car, I go to the parts department , since I need some wheels, I only ask for information, and the assistant Jose, very helpfully helps me, along with the department manager, Antonio are looking for alternatives, finishing completing the change of them, once the got my car done, Heather gave me copy of labor and recommendations for next service... I am very happy in the way that They helped me, in the repair of my car,..... all very professional and proactive, highly recommended.

Taylor Jones Service Manager auto check in.

Taylor Jones handled service issue with brakes, he handled brake issue quickly. With in 5 minutes of my arrival service checked out brake noise problem. 30 minutes after dropping off car they were finished, brake noise problem corrected.
