    Horrible 2015 Acura TLX (v6 9 speed) car and service from Hiley Acura. I've had problems with my TLX's transmission since purchase and has been... into the shop at least 6 times, each time being returned saying nothing is wrong. This most recent time, my TLX flashed warnings on the dash and the 'D' for drive was flashing, and wouldn't shift gears properly. When I stopped it would engage reverse and had to have a policeman push me backwards out of a parking spot so I could get home. Acura, McChurchill, and Hiley have all been utter failures in dealing with the situation. These issues occur randomly and even with the codes, Acura/Hiley won't do anything about it. This past time they charged me $92 to tell me the car had a DTC U0402-68 (intermittent communication failure) but did nothing except diagnose and not fix, even though it is still under warranty. Sooooo frustrating dealing with intermittent transmission issues that Acura/Hiley won't address even though they have the codes and the 2015 9 speed has numerous problems. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Hiley and Acura.

    Do not go here! I've has the worst experience buying a car from here. At first they tried to do about a 50% markup on a used car I was going to purchase... so I had to call them out on it. Manager then said that he would take off a fair amount and willing to take a loss if I wrote a good review for them online (I'm guessing they needed it) so I said sure! After it was all set and done they did not give me my copies of what I had signed because they said the printer was "not working" but I could go online and look at what I signed. I tried but I can not do that. I waited for my plates to come to my mailbox but nothing arrived, my paper plates expired and had to call them up to see what was going on. I called up there at least 5 times in 2 months asking for my plates but they kept saying that the title clerk was not there but they will look into it and give me a call back. Never received a call until i had to call up there again and demand to speak with someone in charge, I then was notified that I had to get my car inspected before they could get the ball rolling. Did they not do an inspection before they sold the car first???? I am not a happy customer and will definitely be spreading the news about this place that does not care.

    Blake McCafferty provided the definition of exemplary service. He was extremely prompt, courteous, and transparent throughout the entire process of identifying... and negotiating a final deal for a car I've been waiting to purchase for over a year. I would highly recommend Hiley Acura, and especially Blake, when purchasing a new Acura. If you are even remotely close to the MetroPlex area and are interested in an Acura, do yourself a favor, and reach out to Blake!

    I purchased a new car and an after market remote start because I was told my car did not have one. The part was ordered and I was told they would notify... me when it arrived. 2 days later I discovered I could use the phone app to do the same thing and asked for a refund. So far 2 months later I’m still trying to get it back. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen! Very rude, lie and simply don’t care.

    They sold me a pre owned car with electrical issues. They took care of a few of the issues but now the power steering system went out and they refuse to... fix it. America Honda agreed to fix the problem since it is a known issue but Hiley wants to charge me to have the diagnostics done again. Another dealer is taking care of the problem. Stay away from this dealer

    I had the worst experience with this service department. I was quoted $630 parts and labor to fix my car (i had the quote in a text message from an advisor)... after the repair was made i was forced to pay $1200 or not get my car back. The service director was terribly rude, careless and not understanding whatsoever. I would

    Went to 4 different dealers in 2 weekends to shop for a car. We were definitely getting a car, and looking at Toyotas, Lexus, and when we did comparisons... to Acura there was no contest. We walked in and 2 hours later we're driving our new RDX home. Chandler Major and Jim Haas were so helpful, no pressure, and continue to answer questions. Get an Acura here, you won't be disappointed.

    I had been searching nationwide for a specific set of options on the vehicle I was buying. I found it at a few other dealers, but after dealing with a... total of 4 dealers and getting constant headaches, I was about ready to give up. Luckily I reached out to Hiley Acura and spoke with Jim Haas. He was extremely helpful, direct, and positive through the entire experience. MY bank had a few hiccups and Jim was more than willing to hep me work through all the issues we encountered. I would highly recommend him for any vehicle purchase. My only regret is that being near Chicago, I won't have the opportunity to shakes Jims hand. A sincere thanks and a positive review will have to do. Thanks again, Jim!
