I purchased a new car and an after market remote start because I was told my car did not have one. The part was ordered and I was told they would notify... me when it arrived. 2 days later I discovered I could use the phone app to do the same thing and asked for a refund. So far 2 months later I’m still trying to get it back. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen! Very rude, lie and simply don’t care.
They sold me a pre owned car with electrical issues. They took care of a few of the issues but now the power steering system went out and they refuse to... fix it. America Honda agreed to fix the problem since it is a known issue but Hiley wants to charge me to have the diagnostics done again. Another dealer is taking care of the problem. Stay away from this dealer

I had been searching nationwide for a specific set of options on the vehicle I was buying. I found it at a few other dealers, but after dealing with a... total of 4 dealers and getting constant headaches, I was about ready to give up. Luckily I reached out to Hiley Acura and spoke with Jim Haas. He was extremely helpful, direct, and positive through the entire experience. MY bank had a few hiccups and Jim was more than willing to hep me work through all the issues we encountered. I would highly recommend him for any vehicle purchase. My only regret is that being near Chicago, I won't have the opportunity to shakes Jims hand. A sincere thanks and a positive review will have to do. Thanks again, Jim!
I had the worst experience with this service department. I was quoted $630 parts and labor to fix my car (i had the quote in a text message from an advisor)... after the repair was made i was forced to pay $1200 or not get my car back. Blake McCafferty provided the definition of exemplary service. He was extremely prompt, courteous, and transparent throughout the entire process of identifying... and negotiating a final deal for a car I've been waiting to purchase for over a year. I would highly recommend Hiley Acura, and especially Blake, when purchasing a new Acura. Went to 4 different dealers in 2 weekends to shop for a car. We were definitely getting a car, and looking at Toyotas, Lexus, and when we did comparisons... to Acura there was no contest. We walked in and 2 hours later we're driving our new RDX home. Chandler Major and Jim Haas were so helpful, no pressure, and continue to answer questions.
