False advertising in vehicle price
I would recommend almost any other dealer group but Hiley, but I'd definitely suggest you steer clear of this one. Went in for a Civic Si priced below $21,000. By the time I saw the pricing it was over $24,000. "C.A.R" Cost of average reconditioning.. S.C.A.M. Reconditioning is completed on a used vehicle before it's sold. This "C.A.R" is really just them adding back to the price of the vehicle, so they can list it online for the cheapest price around and still have "justification" for why the price changes when you show up. Any price you see, expect it to be $1,495 higher upon arrival. I was informed $1,495 is the minimum "C.A.R" added to the price of "every vehicle on the lot". All this being said, I'd just avoid this store entirely unless playing unwinnable pricing games is your hobby. Now you'll know in advance why the showroom floor is empty when you show up.

Reliable, clean, timely
Reliable service, my car drives so much better after my break repair. They also found an additional repair outside of the complimentary inspection that prevented me from being stranded pregnant with a 3 year old. I was given a nice loaner car while my car was repaired so it was very convenient.
