Happy with the car, slightly disappointed with the deal

Billy did a great job with sale and highly recommend coming in to see him! I went in after communicating with online sales manager and knew what car I wanted. I was advised to make my best deal. The online sales manager had provided a $500 coupon to put on top of any deal I made, no questions asked. That is exactly what I did and when they revised the deal they only gave $300 off as it was stated I was already getting an exceptional deal and that could cause salesman and sales manager to get in trouble. I did not set the rules of engagement and felt I was a bit misled. I agreed to take the deal because I wanted the vehicle and had told my daughter already I was purchasing. I also had to make all of the insurance arrangements with my insurance company to make sure the car was insured. I have bought numerous cars and that was the 1st time I had to make those arrangements on my own.

I was very please

I was satisfied with service sales and management they treated me with great services and they filled my car with gas I was really pleased

Very helpful and fair

Zac at Westgate KIA was very helpful and provided a very fair deal for my purchase. I would highly recommend Westgate KIA over the other area dealerships.

Great service

Love the service dept, particularly the professionalism of Gonzalo! He is always quick to greet me, asses my needs, and gets the work done right and has me on my way in no time. Very appreciative of the level of service from him and the team!

Kind of Whatever

-Watched service associates have a conversation for 10 minutes when I could see that the car was ready. -Set an appointment for just an oil change - another customer came in after had small repairs done and left before car was ready -used to receive a summary on how everything was looking with the car ( ex: tire tread %, filter report) and didn't this time Guess the new ownership doesn't emphasize providing quality service.

New car buyer

I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new to car to come to Westgate Kia! They were amazing, very friendly, family like environment. They made buying a car extremely easy, almost too easy—haha. Anyway, the whole experience was top notch. Zac, my salesmen, answered every question that I had. He went above and beyond and delivered on the things he said. He made buying the car experience that much more enjoyable. My overall experience with Westgate and Zac was perfect!

Awesome dealership, awesome people

Don’t go to any other dealership, go to Westgate Kia. Less hassle, and the price is what you want. This is our 2nd time buying a car from them and still not disappointed. Will not go anywhere else.
