I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new to car to come to Westgate Kia! They were amazing, very friendly, family like environment. They made buying a car extremely easy, almost too easy—haha. Anyway, the whole experience was top notch. Zac, my salesmen, answered every question that I had. He went above and beyond and delivered on the things he said. He made buying the car experience that much more enjoyable. My overall experience with Westgate and Zac was perfect!

Happy with my purchase
I like this dealership because staff are not too pushy on site, give room to make decision, willing to answer any questions, and retain honesty. There are varieties of inventory. Price is quite fair as they state. I didn’t have a good experience with a dealership who pushed sales by giving false promise in writing and changed their words when I went back there. Although I understand dealership needs to make a business, buying car is a big decision for consumer. I was very glad that I didn’t give that dealership the business. I’ll tell people in my circle not to go there. Also it is interesting that each location offers something different in term of package. For example, one location charges a few hundred dollars for oil change. This location offers lifetime oil change free of charge as long as you meet the requirements. Do your research!! After sale service at this place is pretty good as well. I’ll consider this location next time I buy Kia car. Lastly I’d recommend the website to be more current in term of promotion or conditions.

Staff took care of my car service needs in a timely manner in a very professional and caring way. Deana especially, she let me know what was going on with my car and what was needed, made sure I knew they could take fix what was wrong and the cost before proceeding.

Friendly staff...greeted me immediately. Was told car would ready in 2 hours and they delivered. Love the shuttle guy Bill...he was friendly and personable.

No Appt. Recall Part taken care right away
No appointment. I just pulled up service person came out to greet me. Reviewed my recall paper and had my car out within one hour! Polite and very efficient !

Lease and Service
I first leased a 2014 KIA Soul and was offered a 2016 two years later by Norman White, and the sales person was Dawn Stanezak, which I am still driving. The sales and service staff have always treated me well. I'm usually greeted by Gonzalo Tomas, who is always very nice and helpful. Deanna is always nice and helpful. While I'm not good at remembering names, I always recognize their smiling faces and know they are there to help me. I expect I will happily drive a Kia from the Wake Forest Westgate Kia location for the remainder of my life.
