Excellent Customer Service

Westgate Kia of Wake Forest was the only Kia dealership we wanted to work with. They were friendly and polite, personable, helpful, quick and offered us the best deals. I would definitely go through them again to buy another car and I would recommend them to anyone.

Good experience, would definitely recommend.

We received great communication, it was a good experience and we got the car we wanted at the price we asked. Definitely recommend Billy and WestGate Kia in Wake Forest.

Very welcome, understand

They made me feel so welcome buying my first car, they worked with me & my budget, they were so friendly & made everything go so smooth & efficient. Can’t thank them enough for this experience!

Unusual Bad Service

I made an appointment specifically to get my inspection done. My oil change wasn't due for 1000 miles but I spoke with Deana and said while I was here I would just go ahead and get it done. She came back a short time later and said they had found a couple of things needing repair that would take 3 hours and be $400. I told her not today I just needed the inspection and I would make an appointment later for those other things. After 1 hour she came back to say I was ready to go but I found out the inspection wasn't even done and felt like she was more excited to find other things wrong with my car than to take care of what I wanted taken care of that day. So I had to wait another hour to get the inspection done which is all I really needed done that day to begin with. It was very disappointing and I wasted 2 hours of my day for an inspection and oil change. Thank goodness this is unusual service for me here, I have been a customer since 2011 and hope things haven't changed. After I give it another try I will decide then if I would recommend coming there but for now I will just go off past service which has always been very dependable.

Outdated wait area with no wifi

The wifi was down and the wait area was outdated with uncomfortable seating and a loud tv. I was not impressed and would likely not recommend.

I made a same-day appointment which was easily and professionally taken care of by the staff. They were friendly and got the job done by lunch time as I requested.

Great Service

As usual, my most recent with Westgate (formerly Christ Leith KIA) was excellent. Deana and Brandy were very efficient. The ladies who "man" the phones are always helpful.

Sorento purchase

I received helpful and informative service from Tashauna who greeted me promptly and provided great information about the vehicle that ultimately determined which vehicle to select. Zach was helpful in getting my purchased completed in a timely manner.

Billy, the salesman, was so helpful!

I went in there knowing my budget and they worked with me to get my dream car! Everyone was helpful and so nice. I would recommend them to anyone.

Brandy is great with helping customers.

Brandy in the service department is great. This is the first time in awhile that I didn't feel like I was ripped off. She doesn't pull the underhanded sales crap of getting you to make unnecessary purchases.
