I reluctantly went to the dealership as I did not want to spend my entire day off trying to get get a good deal. The entire process probably took 3 hours at the most and I can honestly say this is the best deal I have ever gotten on a vehicle. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I'm not a big fan of the car buying process in general and I feel that it's stacked against the individual from the get-go but.... Peter was very helpful working out a deal for the vehicle that I was interested in. They even put it up on the rack in the service department so I could look at the engine and drivetrain from underneath, which really sealed the deal for me as a mechanic

There was a serious delay by the manufacturer in getting the dealership my truck (2019 RAM 1500) due to some custom options. None of the delay was the fault of Westgate. They kept me in the loop and when the truck arrived, the staff made a special effort to get me in and out with my vehicle quickly. Shout out to James Battle for his efforts.
