Overcame Manufacture's delay
There was a serious delay by the manufacturer in getting the dealership my truck (2019 RAM 1500) due to some custom options. None of the delay was the fault of Westgate. They kept me in the loop and when the truck arrived, the staff made a special effort to get me in and out with my vehicle quickly. Shout out to James Battle for his efforts.

My salesman James was amazing. He was very personable and fun. He had great knowledge of the fleet and helped me find exactly what I wanted. Mike made sure I was well taken care of also through the entire process. Garland worked hard for us to get the best deal possible.

Wonderful car buying experience!
Everyone in this store was super nice! Sales man, sales manager, finance manager, I have a great experience & will be sending other clientele to the wake forest branch. Much better sale, than the one experienced off hwy 70!! A big thanks to everyone that helped with the service & for just being polite! We will return to this west gate for any further car or suv purchases!

Taylor Smart was great
Went in looking for a used truck. Test drove several vehicles and pleased with Taylor Smarts patience and professional demeanor. Ended up buying one the same day. Very pleased with the salesperson and entire staff.
Adrien was very informative on the vehicle in addition to all of the options available regarding incentives and rebates. When describing what the exact check off's were as must have items he pulled the exact car up that met the description and was in our price range. He assured us that he would not allow his managers to keep us for hours on end to haggle prices and followed through. He kept his word the entire process. He was excellent with the entire process. Tim and his management staff were great regarding the pricing and options to reduce the price to the range we were comfortable. We were very pleased with the professional manner in which we were assisted while the dealership was busy with many other customers wanting to be assisted and have their sales processed just as quickly. Finally, Garland was the last step we had when it came to the financials. Garland worked with us to ensure we were comfortable and understood all of our options. We had already shopped around and knew what we had outside the dealership and we were open with him on our current rates. He assisted to ensure we were able to get the best deals and handle all paperwork without any hassle while still trying to get to know us and not make it feel as just another business transaction. It took the entire team to make the experience as great as it was, many dealerships rely only on one or two people, although your team has recognized the importance of ensuring all groups handle the client with the same respect.

Was fairly quick for a dealerv experience. Everyone listened and actually desired to help. Manager gave strong numbers on trade making negotiation easy. Finance manager was receptive to our outside funding. Overall a great experience. Thanks guys.

Did a Good Sales Job
Original salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly, but he had to leave for a family emergency. The second guy was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Only problem was the management who said they would do the USAA loan application but then refused to do it, so I had to do it on line myself.

We appreciate your positive feedback regarding your sales consultant and the knowledge and friendliness of our staff. It seems that there may have been a miscommunication regarding our ability to process a USAA credit application. We are able to provide all documentation to USAA in order to help process your loan however we cannot actually apply with USAA on your behalf. USAA is what is referred to as a "direct lender" meaning they will only deal with you, the customer and will not communicate directly with the dealership as compared to an "indirect lender" who will do everything without you needing to call and apply for financing yourselves. We are always happy to help facilitate financing with USAA or any other "direct" lender however our hands are tied by their own lending regulations. We apologize for this misunderstanding and appreciate your business.

Westgate was very helpful in finding just the right truck for me. I had very specific requirements and budget. They found what I was looking for, didn't quite meet my budget at first, but they did call me with additional incentives.
