Very pleased with the salesperson and entire staff.

Adrien was very informative on the vehicle in addition to all of the options available regarding incentives and rebates. When describing what the exact check off's were as must have items he pulled the exact car up that met the description and was in our price range. He assured us that he would not allow his managers to keep us for hours on end to haggle prices and followed through. He kept his word the entire process. He was excellent with the entire process. Tim and his management staff were great regarding the pricing and options to reduce the price to the range we were comfortable. We were very pleased with the professional manner in which we were assisted while the dealership was busy with many other customers wanting to be assisted and have their sales processed just as quickly. Finally, Garland was the last step we had when it came to the financials. Garland worked with us to ensure we were comfortable and understood all of our options. We had already shopped around and knew what we had outside the dealership and we were open with him on our current rates. He assisted to ensure we were able to get the best deals and handle all paperwork without any hassle while still trying to get to know us and not make it feel as just another business transaction. It took the entire team to make the experience as great as it was, many dealerships rely only on one or two people, although your team has recognized the importance of ensuring all groups handle the client with the same respect.

“AWESOME STAFF”Making Dreams come True

With the help of the awesome staff I was able to take possession of the vehicle of my dreams. Garland took the needed extra time to get me the best possible interest rate for my financial needs to make my dream of owning a SRT8 into a reality. Professional and Friendly Staff with customer service a number one priority. Im a customer for life.

Friendly, helpful service

No pressure. Happy to help

Was fairly quick for a dealerv experience. Everyone listened and actually desired to help. Manager gave strong numbers on trade making negotiation easy. Finance manager was receptive to our outside funding. Overall a great experience. Thanks guys.

Did a Good Sales Job

Original salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly, but he had to leave for a family emergency. The second guy was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Only problem was the management who said they would do the USAA loan application but then refused to do it, so I had to do it on line myself.

We appreciate your positive feedback regarding your sales consultant and the knowledge and friendliness of our staff. It seems that there may have been a miscommunication regarding our ability to process a USAA credit application. We are able to provide all documentation to USAA in order to help process your loan however we cannot actually apply with USAA on your behalf. USAA is what is referred to as a "direct lender" meaning they will only deal with you, the customer and will not communicate directly with the dealership as compared to an "indirect lender" who will do everything without you needing to call and apply for financing yourselves. We are always happy to help facilitate financing with USAA or any other "direct" lender however our hands are tied by their own lending regulations. We apologize for this misunderstanding and appreciate your business.

Great

Westgate was very helpful in finding just the right truck for me. I had very specific requirements and budget. They found what I was looking for, didn't quite meet my budget at first, but they did call me with additional incentives.

Car Buying Experience- Good

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Jeep from this dealership. James helped me and my father with the purchase. Overall I did feel that I got a fair price on the Jeep. The only complaints I have is that it took a lot longer time-wise than any other car purchase I've done. It also was a holiday, so Im not sure if that had anything to do with it. The manager Tim did buy us lunch while we were sitting waiting which was very kind. A few days after purchasing my car I found that a standard tool kit was missing. This is vital to be able to pop the top off the jeep. I called and asked about it and did not get a call back from James for a few days, so I called again today and he asked me to come by tomorrow and try to figure it out. So I guess we will see what happens.

My experience

My experience with the salesman James was great. He knew exactly what we were looking for and had knowledge of the function of the vehicle. Garland the finance guy explained everything in detail and was able to work with us within our budget. Don the WestGate Regional manager was extremely helpful and caring.

Not a good experience

I spent several days after the purchase working to refinance the vehicle after I received an unnecessarily high finance rate. It is still unclear to me why the high rate was provided. The end result was I refinanced the vehicle at a rate 1.7 % lower than the rate I had when I left the dealership. The refinance was at the same bank provided by the dealership! Saved a couple of thousand dollars in finance cost, but I should not have had to do this. Something is not right there in the finance department.

Ken as previously discussed we are sorry you feel that you were unfairly charged a higher interest rate than the "prevailing rate" rates vary from lender to lender and are not set by the dealership but by whichever bank or credit union ultimately decided to finalize and fund the bank contract, this dealership nor any other would ever "conspire" to charge a higher interest rate to any customer. This is not something that would benefit any party including ourselves or our customers and we strive for the highest level of customer service. We will always offer you the most competitive rate available to us at the time of sale. It is not usual that a sales manager and business manager would communicate about a deal as it is occurring as this is meant to speed up the process by informing the business office of the details of the deal so that you do not have to wait for them to review all details from scratch. To address the rate issue once again, Rates are assigned by the lenders that are available at the time the deal is finalized and are set by the lender based on multiple factors. All details including interest rate are reviewed with our customers in detail prior to the final contract being signed and included in the truth in lending disclose built into the bank contract. Customers are welcome to shop for better rates elsewhere if it is available to them and provide their own funds. We are happy to help facilitate a refinance if you would like us to as previously discussed as more lenders are available to us now than at the time you finalized your deal.
