Kia Service Dept all staff especially Dean always are friendly and eager to assist a client. He is very knowledgeable and always has a helping hand. Im happy that my car most of the time are vacuum. Hope they also wash it as they did before nevertheless I am happy of the service. Kudos to Dean G. Best employee ever.

Very impressed with your customer service and especially the young man named Kendall He's a go-getter and he knows how to do his job well. I manage a Fred Meyer and I would steal him from you if I could of course I live in Pierce County. He should be given a raise he said it would be an hour and it was way less than an hour. If I know any anyone that has a Mitsubishi I will be directing them to your dealership for the great customer service I received

Kendall was great! Young woman working in “Parts” was not wearing a mask as was suggested on flyers throughout. No one called out customer for not wearing mask appropriately. This is not acceptable! This pandemic is serious xxxx!

I came in to get a key made for a vehicle that I purchased I think the price of the key is very expensive and then to add another $75 to program it was also ridiculous and should have been in the purchase of the key the vehicle was supposed to be washed and vacuumed the wash job was not at the standards that I would be happy with and the vehicle was not vacuumed

They were fantastic to do business with they got my van in right away got it repaired within 24 hours and everybody there is absolutely kind and loving

This particular visit the company took too long for a simple oil change knowing we had an appointment for both of my Kia vehicles. Which happen to be the same model different colors, there was a mix up of getting a text that my car was ready which turned out it wasn’t. Your dealership mixed up our vehicles & the oil change took longer than anticipated. Things happen but we did not appreciate the delays. We have a red Kia Optima and a silver Kia Optima we bring into regular service every 3,000 miles. There should not be any difficulties distinguishing between the two vehicles every time it is brought in for regular maintenance service, Thank you

i was not a fan of dealerships until this one. They are always speedy and very friendly. you can tell that customer service is their top priority.

This is the first time I’ve ever owned a new-ish car. I’ve always had old used cars and would get my oil changed at jiffy lube. Getting my car serviced at the Kia dealership is obviously a night and day experience. Jiffy lube is great but they don’t wash my car!

This dealership has very kind people and excellent services. I would recommend anyone to come to this dealership. Everything turned out great. I never had an bad experience.
