First Time Service Repair

My first time experience at Jaguar Land Rover Cary Service Department was exceptional. The customer service was great from vehicle intake, technician overview to one on one with my Service Manager. This is my first Land Rover from the Leith Car Family and I couldn’t be more pleased!

Great service

Land Rover Cary's service department is excellent. They were promptly communicative re my car's service needs and estimated costs. The servicing technician sent videos showing various maintenance procedures. A Land Rover Discovery was provided as loaner car provided while my car was being serviced. Overall, a very satisfactory experience.I

Exceptional online to in-person service

My salesperson, John Wahba, was great from start to finish. My buying process began online and he worked with me throughout to insure a seamless experience as the process transitioned to face-to-face interaction. Always honest, always upfront, and always accommodating of my many many questions.

Awesome Service Manager

Mike St. Clair is my "Military" colleague and service manager. He is a consummate professional and always provide sound trustworthy guidance. I can always count on Mike return my phone calls with resolutions. I reside 10 minutes from the Jaguar/Land Rover dealership of Raleigh. But because of Mike, it is a "No-Brainer" to make the trip over to the Cary dealership. Disappointed

Very disappointed in this dealership. I had several issues after the sale and I was given the run around, they wouldn’t return texts or phone calls. Very unprofessional.

Easy and painless

I just bought a car from Land Rover and it was a good experience. My last car purchase was not anywhere near as pleasant. I never felt pushed or pressured by my sales person (Thomas Z). Local ownership vs Nascar Charlotte based dealers evidently makes a big difference.

Michael was amazing and did a great job.

Service manager Michael was amazing. He kept me informed at every step with my vehicle issue’s. He did everything in his power to ensure that my vehicle would be repaired in a timely manner and returned to me ahead of schedule.
