All of the folks I encountered were very polite and efficient. I did feel a bit bad when I over heard whom I assumed was a superior question the workers why there were two at my vehicle and no one at another that had just pulled in, because it was I that called the second one over to answer a question about all the high mileage I drive and whether that required a better grade of oil. I know that there are rules and expectations of employees, however in the service business, with the old adage, "the customer is always right" I was in this instance wrong. My apologies.

We were not even looking for a new vehicle when we found this one. We found it on social media in the morning and drove away in it by 2pm. The car buying experience was quick and painless. Our salesman(Toby) was very helpful, informative, and gave us our space when it came time to make a decision. He was very prompt to helping us when we arrived at the lot, was very informative and truthful during our test drive, was patient with us and our 849 questions, and walked us through the trading/buying process. We traded in our old vehicle and even that process was effortless. I could not be happier with the care we received at Dunning Ford. With the recent transition, it was nice to still see a friendly face from Classic(Brian). I would recommend the sales team, vehicles, and company to every one I know, any day of the week. Service team was very professional, polite, and helpful when I brought our F350 Super Duty in for brakes. Besides replacing the rear brakes, the technician found a caliper needed to be replaced on a front wheel. I really appreciated his taking action to make our truck safe. I would recommend to my friends to have their Ford vehicles repaired at your dealership.
