Great experience
Starting with my trade. They gave me more for my trade than I thought (past experiences with other dealerships. Always want to lowball.) They treated me the way you want to get treated, with respect, and you are important. They did everything they to get me the best deal possible. I am very satisfied. And will use Dunning Ford again. If you haven't checked them out, you should. Good job, and thanks again.

Great experience
Buying a car is not an easy task and in my past experiences, has taken between 4 and 6 hours to get through the process. Running Ford had me on the road in about two hours. Everyone there was very helpful and worked to put me in the vehicle that matched my needs with my budget. I will absolutely recommend Dunning to my friends and neighbors.

Great Experience!!! Amazing deal on a brand new truck
I'm not sure the deal I found on my new 2018 F-150 could be matched anywhere else. Toby is my go to guy and always treats me great. The finance department was very knowledgeable and made sure I was well informed about the deal I was making. I would recommend Dunning Ford to anyone searching for a new truck or vehicle.

Not honnoring Classic Ford's lifetime oil changes
I was told by a Dunning Motor employee they would be honoring Classic Ford's contracts for life-time free oil changes when they bought Classic Ford. I just called for my first oil change with Dunning. They do not do oil changes in Cambridge. Must go to Byesville and wait in line. I was also told they will not honor life-time free oil changes. They just lost a very loyal Ford customer. I've been buying only Fords for my last 4 vehicles.

Customer Service was amazing!
Everyone in the dealership was extremely friendly and helpful. Mike sold us the vehicles, but it was a team effort! Finance department was fast and efficient. Mike went the extra mile to show me all of the new upgrades and features of the Ford Expedition. We will bring our vehicles here in the future for service and will not hesitate to buy from Dunning Ford again.
