Super dealership

My experience was at first disappointing because the vehicle I wanted was out my price rage but they found one as nice for less and made a good deal pleasant to deal with and handled everything to my satisfaction

Got what I needed

Fast friendly service. Cars as described or even better the total package. Nice helpful staff . New facility nestled into the hillside, beside the River. Great experience!

Great car shopping experience.

My wife and I had been great car shopping experience at Dunning Ford, Warren Yoders was fantastic, the entire staff there was great, helpful and took the time to make you feel welcome. It’s been a long process for us to make this decision, we’ve shopped our entire region and got tired of being pushed away or brushed off from other Ford Dealerships. We knew exactly what vehicle we wanted and Dunning Ford made my wife’s dream come true! Thank you Dunning Ford!

Used vehicle purchase

For the most part, I was satisfied with my purchase. However, the spare key to my truck was inadvertently "mailed" to the wrong "individual" and has not yet been returned. I've expressed my concerns pertaining to such with no results over the past three weeks. Timeliness is not a priority. Nor is the fact that the missing (but located) key to my vehicle, is in the possession of a stranger.

Poor Service Department

Many years ago, I gave Cambridge Classic Ford the chance to win me over as a customer when pricing out the purchase of a new Ford Dually. They came in thousands of dollars higher than the competition. When I found Coughlin Ford, I found the dealership I wanted to use. A couple times, I tried to use the Classic Ford for maintenance of my vehicles and was always disappointed with their service, their lack of customer care and the time it took to get my vehicles back. This year, I purchased a new 2018 Ford F-150 from Coughlin Auto. I have used Coughlin for the last 20 years and have always been happy with the service and the dealership. I recently took a trip to New York with my truck and while I was away, I had heard this terrible noise coming from the front wheel. I did my research and looked the truck over and found it was the Integrated Wheel Engagement (IWE). It’s a grinding metal that can only be found by taking off the hub. I then decided to call the new Dunning Ford dealership and give them a try on this warranty work. I spoke with the Service Department and set up the appointment. I told them that the problem is worse when the temperature is at or near freezing. The service department stated that in order to fix the problem, he had to hear it. I told them to leave the truck outside overnight then take it for a test drive in the morning and they would certainly hear the problem then. I told them they had one chance to win me over as a new customer. Well, knowing that many of the Classic Ford people went to Dunning, I had mistrusted the integrity of the employees. I decided to go and check to see if my truck was left out overnight as I advised since it was below 32 degrees that night. As expected, my truck was in the garage overnight. When I spoke to the Service Department the next day, they stated they could not find the problem (Big surprise) and would not investigate until they could hear it. I then asked if the truck had been left out overnight as I asked, and after a long pause, the manager stated Yes it had. So not only did he lie to me, he also did Not fix the problem. My wife and I have purchased dozens of new vehicles from Coughlin Ford in the last 20 years. I gave Dunning their shot at winning my business and the Failed in a big way.

Excellent Service

Mike Hastings was great to deal with. He made the buying experience comfortable and non-stressful. He was pleasant to deal with and reviewed my car with me before I left the parking lot. I highly recommend seeing Mike at Dunning Ford for your next new or used car!
