Sorry for the delay. We are writing this review about the experience we had with our salesperson Jimmy at this dealership. First, let me say that our entire transaction was done from about 500 miles away from each other. We found a new Civic that was super hard to find because it was a manual transmission and it seems as if they may have built just a handful. There was 3 within the 500 mile radius and Jimmy was the first to respond. He assured us that distance would not complicate the transaction and that he specialized in out of state. He sent pics, videos, and let us know about their lifetime warranty that would actually benefit us hundreds of miles away. The other dealerships seemed to not take us seriously and we were hours from purchasing a second option vehicle from our local dealer based on price until Jimmy came in and gave us a price that we found acceptable even being a bit more than the other option local that was not quite what my daughter wanted, but would work. His constant communication and willingness to work with us within reason was the driving force behind our decision. Looking back at the fact that we didn’t have to spend hours in a dealership and everything was easy with getting paperwork and financing done will make us never sit and buy in a dealership setting again. I assure you that if Jimmy is helping you that you are in good hands.

My husband took my Honda to dealer for regular
My husband took my Honda to dealer for regular maintenance, oil change, tire rotation, etc. Two days later I noticed oil on the garage floor under the car. My husband checked and found the oil pan drain plug only "finger tight". He was able to tighten it but I worry what would have happened if I had been on a trip or if the plug would have come completely out. I drive locally on electric but an oil leak out on the road wouldn't have been noticed until engine damage. I am deducting two stars for a review of this dealership for what could have been. It was caught before damage occurred but now I have doubts about taking the car into dealer for service.
