I had a disappointing experience with the paint job on my

I had a disappointing experience with the paint job on my vehicle at this BMW service center. The initial work was subpar, with unpainted spots at the edges and uneven, rough surfaces. The quality felt rushed and unprofessional, forcing me to make two trips to the service center to address the issue. My first service advisor, Brian, was unhelpful and seemed unaware of my car’s status, which added to the frustration. However, I must commend David Aguirre, who took over as my service representative. David did an outstanding job with follow-ups, keeping me updated regularly, and ensuring the work was eventually completed. His professionalism and dedication were a stark contrast to my initial experience, and I believe he’d be an excellent fit for a customer-facing role in the office. While the service center did provide a refund for the poor workmanship, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. I hope they address these quality control issues moving forward.

Jose came to my home for a mobile service. He quickly fixed a loose trim piece and gave the car a full once over to ensure it was in top shape. Excellent experience and I hope to see this mobile service continued to be offered! Have Jose run this team!

Got a 2026 BMW X5 from out of town but BMW of South

Got a 2026 BMW X5 from out of town but BMW of South Austin is my local dealership. Jalen and team were very helpful in getting a non warranty issue taken care of free of charge. It saved me the headache of a trip back up to the selling dealership! Wonderful service and they even provided a loaner. Will definitely be coming back here for all services!
