Much better experience than the other BMW dealership in

Much better experience than the other BMW dealership in Austin. Brian has gone above and beyond in ensuring that my vehicle was repaired properly. Good/ fair pricing for routine services such as battery replacement.

I had tires with screws in them that was replaced and

I had tires with screws in them that was replaced and some hail damage that was fixed as well! Brian is my go to service advisor. He always answers all my questions and takes the time to help me understand what will be done to my car. He responds super quickly and always keeps me updated! He’s the best!

I recently brought my car in for service, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I arrived, Brian was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. It was clear he valued my time and was committed to making the process as smooth as possible. He listened carefully to my concerns, and clearly explained what would be done. I appreciated how transparent he was about the estimated wait time and costs involved—there were no surprises, and I felt well-informed every step of the way. What stood out most to me was how respectful and attentive Brian was throughout the visit. He took the time to follow up after the service to ensure everything was running smoothly, which really shows his commitment to customer satisfaction. This was hands down one of the best service experiences I’ve had at a dealership in the past year, and I’ll absolutely be returning in the future and requesting Brian as my advisor. Highly recommend!
