I purchased a car with the company 3 months ago, and still dont have a title they were rude. No help dont buy. Im out of state, I gave a nice down payment and I still cant drive a car I purchased. They keep telling me that I need to send this and that paperwork I've sent all the paperwork and still no title. When you call they send you to different people and still no results. I will advise you not to shop with this car lot. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM

Sells cars with great prices and good service. Staff is knowledgeable and knows what they are doing. You can buy cars here with confidence . I would buy a car here again

Worst place to deal with. Good people but very very bad service. Over promised under delivered. Tried multiple times to correct issue but never resolved.

Virgil was very responsive thoughout the purchase of the vehicle. The main complaint is that I understood you all would place the vehicle on transport once u received payment. You received payment on May 29th. The vehicle is supposed to be put on Transport on 06/04/2020. Doing this review seems a little premature since I have not yet seen the vehicle in person.

I don't know what to say, JUST Soooo MAD. I've been working with Adrian from the dealership since may 9th. That was exactly 20 days ago and he told me that someone will call me back for weeks and today when I called, he told me that someone will call me back again for the 10th time and no one called me back again. When I called him for the 2nd time today, the person who answers the call says he was gone for the day AGAIN, and when I asked the person for the name he told me "it's me, the owner". something very shady things going on @ this dealership and I just want to warn people. PLEASE READ OTHER LOW STAR REVIEWS. I wanted to get a BMW I-8 which isn't a cheap car and I can only imagine how serious they will be for other cars. I wasted 20 days and 3 deals from other dealerships. Soooo MAD.. stupid me.. Don't make the same mistakes as I did. If they say I'll call you back, PLEASE GO BUY FROM OTHER DEALERSHIP. IF THE PERSON SAYS HE IS THE OWNER OF THE DEALERSHIP, PLEASE BUY FROM OTHER DEALERSHIP, IF THE GUYS NAME IS ADRIAN, HMMMM, BUY FROM OTHER DEALERSHIP!

Bought a car online that did not come as described. Manager Gary assured me many times he would make right but did not. Big liar!
