The experience was great just as it always is when I come

The experience was great just as it always is when I come there. The service that I needed was done in a great manner & one of the most important things is when I got there is that everybody spoke to me and was very supportive and polite

I really don't know how to start.

I really don't know how to start. My experience was just that traumatic and horrible. To sum it up I had to take my car in to honor a warranty. I was told nothing was wrong with my brakes or rotors but they could turn the rotors, put brakes on and do an oil change for 615.16. BUT Sir you said nothing was wrong with it!!!!!! They also said they didn't touch the car but how you know what's wrong. How you looked at my brakes and rotors and didn't touch the car...

Absolutely NO SERVICE after the SALE...Beware

The sale was fine on 2018 Jeep Compass The service is another issue. After only a month my Low Pressure light came on in Vehicle. I took it to the Service Department and was told it was low on oil and needed an oil change. August 2023 had an oil change service. In September 2023, low pressure light came on again. I was told about a potential recall and to go to Jeep dealership. The Jeep dealership said it was not a call on that particular vehicle. I looked this information up as well. October 1 I had same issue again and since I had access to dealership that complete diagnostics a diagnostic test was run on vehicle to identify a code on vehicle. I have an extended warranty but always thought going back to the original dealership was the best option. Monday, October 1 they ran a diagnostics test and found some other codes but not the code that was discovered by other dealership. I was told by the Used Car Manager, Buddy to bring it back if low pressure light came back on which it did after the dealership closed the same day. The Jeep Compass was bought back to dealership on Tuesday, October 2 and kept until the next day. I never received a call informing me of the status of the vehicle. No communication at all. I called to check on vehicle and was told car was low on oil. My experience with service was the worse. I was never told to go to jeep dealership to use warranty until I complained about the time, communication and lack of a resolution until Wednesday, October 4 when I called/came to check on the status of the vehicle. I completed an unsatisfactoy service survey and received a response that claim they told me it was an oil consumption test that need to be completed. It was definitely not told to me. I told them one of their service advisors mentioned his wife was having a similar experience with her jeep and that was wrong with her car. I did go to Jeep dealership to see if that was the issue and it was not the resolution. I said all this to say. There is no service after the sale. The Jeep was not a part of the recall that you insisted it was on as late as October 4 @ 4:00 after I had not received a call or any communication from the dealership. I guess you all don't understand how much time was wasted with not having a proper diagnosis. Until it is you and you experience the aggravation. I will never use the service or buy another vehicle because there is no service after the sale. Instead of admitting fault now you are telling me about a resolution that is 3 months overdue and an issue that should have been fixed before the car was purchased less than 4 months ago. Resolution: My car is at the jeep dealership. I should not be dealing with an issue after my vehicle only had 8000 mile in 4 months after the purchase. My time was wasted and nobody cared. The car inspection should have caught the issues so buyers beware. What inspection.

Buyer beware if business ethics are important

Dealership was supposed to pay tax, tag, and title. They did not follow through with this and sent me a Florida registration along with instructions to handle myself. I learned there was a $400 extra cost that the DMV stated that is why the dealership left it for me to do. I expected more based on the reviews. Buyer beware. I would suggest finding a business that values customer satisfaction and business ethics.
