Came in to get an oil change, I received a call about maintenance on my car. My light had just came on and I was going to search for a place to take it to quickly and I got this phone call, right on time. I was happy to make an appointment.

Me and my mom went in today looking for a Traverse which they did not have and did not work out for us but the sales man and management tried their best to locate us one and to accommodate us the customer service was excellent. I wish we were able to do business.

Scammers
My car stopped runningtwice. once on the interstate and once on Riverside Dr. I was not sure if the warranty was still good so i called to find out. I was assured it was still under warranty and to bring it in. They told me who to call to have it towed in. I suspected it was the battery, but was not sure. They had my car longer then the time frame i was told and had to rent a car. They had referred me where to go for a rental. They billed me $525.51, $127.50 for diagnostic, $255.85 for a battery, $383.35 for labor, $2.95 for a complience fee, $73.14 for towing, and $45.00 shop charge for repair order plus tax on all. I talked to Chevy Corp and they got back with me today and said Butler refuses to refund anything. Had I known it was out of warranty I would have taken it elsewhere. I was totally scammed to have it brought to them when they knew it was out of warranty. Chevy Corp did say they will send me $100 certificate for any other repairs needed in the future. Will never go to Butler again. I was told that if I did not have it repaired there I would still have to pay the tow fee and $150 plus taxes and fees. Then would have to pay an additional tow fee to have it towed elsewhere. I was also told the $150 would be taken off the bill after repair and it was not.

Horrible!! I've bought two brand new 2020 Tahoe's this...
Horrible!! I've bought two brand new 2020 Tahoe's this year. The first one had two instances where there were mechanical issues. I traded out of that one, gaining negative equity for another brand new Tahoe and this one has had there issues with the check engine light. Wh would you have to replace can oil pump assembly on a brand new vehicle. NEVER AGAIN will I buy from Butler Chevy.The staff was good but the vehicles left much to be desired.
