Butler Chevrolet in Macon Georgia attempted to charge me $1,400 for repairs that my car did not even fully need. I took it to a local shop in Thomaston where I live and was able to complete the repairs for just over $300. They told me the rear axles were not leaking and did not need to be replaced like I was told at Butler Chevrolet. I have taken my vehicle to the butler Chevrolet location while under the previous owners and have never had an experience similar to this one. I don't think I will be going back

Nothing makes a customer feel better than when they feel they are genuinely cared about. They made me feel appreciated and valued like they really cared about me? they didn?t try and sell me as much as trying to fulfill my need. What a breath of fresh air where now everybody is getting paid for pushing their products down our throats as opposed to just trying to satisfy our needs, even if they don?t get the sale or get less for the sale. It was all about satisfying the customers needs, not how much they can make off of him. If Butler Chevrolet was selling stock in their company, I would put every dollar I have in them. Now that is a company that is always going to be successful because They Treat Folks Right!!!!!
