I bought my car here a year ago.

I bought my car here a year ago. I've only had it serviced through the dealership. My pervious oil change before the one I got today. My dust pan screws were not put back in by the technicians. I found this out with the dust pan falling down and scarping the road. I had to drive a little ways to my dads house to repair it as I could not repair it on the side of the road with no tools and the car being low to the ground. Today when getting my oil change I informed them what had happen from the pervious oil change. The service representative said he can see what he can do. I was told the only thing the manger let him do was to pay half price for the screws for the dust pan. They also told me they would not pay for replacing the dust pan as it was not on them. I find this concerning as I've only done business with them and have not done any maintenance on the car myself. I don't think I am going back to them for maintenance.

When I bought the car, the sale man he told me, I have 2

When I bought the car, the sale man he told me, I have 2 year oil change for free, I just change the oil change last time, and 2nd time they charge me for the oil change. Bad service.
