Audi Omaha

The dealer was 2.5 hours from my house. I informed them on Tuesday we'd be there Friday to buy the car of there wasn't anything glaringly wrong with it. We were over 90 minutes into the 2.5 hour drive when they called to tell us they'd sold it even though they knew we were coming. I could live with the sold part if we didn't waste over 3 hours of our day before finding out. Needless to say I won't be going there again.

I needed a new car and shopped around to 3 different dealers. VW, Carmax, and Audi. Audi had the most expensive cars but also offered me the most for trade in and had the best customer service. I felt well taken care of. I gave them my budget and test drove a few cars. I didn't feel like the dealers were pushy or trying to upsell me which was nice. You do pay more for an Audi, but I feel like I got more too.

I purchased a used BMW from this dealership. They provided a 3 month warranty with it and seems for a good reason. I took the car to my local BMW dealership shortly after purchase and really wish I would have done it in enough time to just return the car. The BMW service center found $14k worth of issues. While most were covered by the warranty, I still was out $250 for the warranty deductible. This dealer wasn't willing to help with those costs and even after 4 more months am still seeing issues with the car. More repairs and issues have come up and I'm regretting my choice in this dealership. I should have listened to my gut when I saw this car purchased and seemingly returned in the past but they assured me it was just a normal issue with the sale. I would not recommend this dealer and feel they have shady used car practices. I would expect more from a luxury dealer as should you by going somewhere else. My purchase was in April of 2024. We have only put around 3k miles on it since then and are now selling it due to the ongoing issues. My Google review had someone from the dealer reach out to investigate, just to never follow up again as they committed to do so.

Greg at Audi Omaha is my new favorite Car guy. Thank you so much for just thinking about all the small details that go into customer mind when selecting a car. This process in the past drove me nuts-- But Greg made me feel like I was part of the Audi Family. I just moved back to Omaha and was so stressed on finding a guy who would treat me with fairness and integrity. No haggling No weird talk going but to his manager trying to get this or that. He was in control and left feeling like I made a friend. Ask him about his Horse story standing next to gate. I laughed and its been a long time.
